I initially ordered a larger size, which was very comfy, but I was fastening it on the tightest hooks, so I went down a size. I was disappointed that the bra that is one size smaller is too small. There's a big difference, rather than incremental differences which I expected.

I would have given Shapermint five stars but I was not happy with the Empetua Open Bust Shaper Slip Dress. This shapewear was the only one that did not come with the "no-slip silicone strip." Everything else was as described and controlled better than expected. I definitely could wear the shapewear over ten plus hours and was not ready to peel myself out of it the moment I got home.

I only had one trial error ( and) l do speak for me. I bought towards my size; however l wasn't satisfied. I responded to Shapermint review. I decided to give it another try l bought a size down. Lo and Behold! I'm happy, I'm satisfied, I'm a Shapermint Customer!

Was not too happy with product. Very poor support and the elastic on the bottom keeps rolling up.
I ordered a 4x because I wanted a short to wear under a dress. My usual size is 1-2 X. If there had been a 5 X I would have gotten that size. I can't wear really tight clothing because of stomach issues. These work nicely.
I love the feel and look of the bra. I went by the sizing chart and bought a small. I think in my next one I'll get a medium to try.

I know its cheesy, but my new shapewear have restored a new level of confidence. My clothes fit better and i feel less self-conscious when I wear them. Not to mention, they are waaaaaay more comfortable than I expected. No roll down period. Then again, I'm able to tuck it slightly under my bra.

I really liked the comfort out of the package. After I wore it for a few days, it seems to not be so comfortable and lacks support. Since there are no adjustments in the straps this cannot be changed. I will not be continuing to wear this unless just hanging out
