In order to get a bra that fit around my ribs I needed to get a 2x. That made the cups wwaaaayyyy too big. There is no option to change cup size. Expensive. Flimsy fabric. Bunches up on shoulders. Too high at neckline for anything but a t-shirt. Not recommended.

Ordered on 7-17. Email stated that it would ship in 5-7 business days. On the 7th business day I emailed to find out where my order was. A computer kept sending me the same scripted saying, telling me nothing more than I knew before. When I asked to speak to a live person I got the same wording as before so I don't believe it was a person at all. They WILL NOT tell me what state my order is shipping from just that it is in the US. And they cannot give me a tracking number. Told them to cancel the order since it has not shipped out and they said it cannot be cancelled. I don't trust companies that are vague with their answers and this one really is questionable.

I ordered almost a month ago. I started contacting them about a week ago because I have received zero updates. They acknowledge the shipping delay but repeatedly refuse to refund. They took my money and are not upholding their end of the transaction. I filed a claim with PayPal and status is pending. May file with the FTC next. This is 100% not okay. *****UPDATE: Paypal refunded me as i expected they would. Shapermint sent my items around the same time. So I ended up with the bra, bra saver, and the full refund. I tried on the bra and it is very soft but I would not wear it because it lacks support. Think of it as a low-support, soft sports bra.

Love every item I have purchased. 10 days ago I placed my third order it has still not shipped. Seriously takes forever. Irritating, and don't use online chat it will upset you more. I ordered an item online from Shapermint's website on 7/3/22. On 7/7 I received a shipping notification, complete with tracking number. It's now 7/18, I haven't received my order, and trying to use the tracking number gets me the same result every time: either the item is still awaiting pickup or it's en route. This morning, after half an hour of trying, I was able to get past Shapemint's customer service 'bot and connect with an actual service rep. All she could do was confirm the order and give me the exact same tracking number. When I protested, she offered me a discount on my next order if I signed up for text message updates. I refused, since I was already put off by the website's repeated attempts to upsell me when I placed the initial order, and by the barrage of marketing emails I've received since then. When I tried to cancel the order, I was informed that it was "too late."
I've since read multiple reviews from other customers who've placed orders in the past few months, all with the same complaint about slow/never received shipments. If and when my order arrives, I'll be refusing the shipment. Maybe if others do the same and Shapermint has to eat the return shipping costs, they'll address their crummy fulfillment service.
UPDATE: Aaaaaand now it's 7/25 and I'm still waiting. About to contest the charge on my credit card.
UPDATE 7/29: Received an email from Shapermint 7/26 saying my original shipment was lost and they were going to send out another one. Never received any shipment info. Went to the website today, dealt with an online rep, asked for a refund and got it. It's supposed to show up in my account in the next 5-10 working days; if it doesn't, I'll be back to update again.

I have purchased a couple of Shapermint items and really like them a lot. If you want to be held in, these are the garments to wear.
However, if you find that you don't like an item or it just doesn't fit, good luck with your return. I have been trying for two months to return these flimsy "boy short" bottoms but I can't even get into my account. I get cutesy emails saying "No worries" and "we got you" but they don't got me. They're good at that but they're useless when trying to establish your account so that you CAN return something. I have sent them photos of the packages I've received with the tracking info, but what I've learned is that providing a lot of information to assist them is the equivalent to sending them no information.
Good luck, and be sure you choose carefully because trying to return something is more trouble than it's worth.

I have not recieved my items yet, so i cannot speak to that, but the shopping experience was not good. I placed an order today for two items because I wanted to try them out before buying more. When checking out, their site kept popping up with additional promotions that I declined, when finished ordering, one of the promotions was added regardless of my declining. Since this was added as I was checking out, there is no option to confirm order or remove item. I waited for sometime to get through to cancel the item, but by the time I got through to anyone no adjustments or cancelations could be done (they only give you an hour). I apparently can return the item, but only have 60 days to do so, and given shipping times to Canada, it's 50/50 I'll even be able to do that. If I had liked the items, I would have bought more, but this experience makes me very wary about doing so

The items take a very long time to ship. No one responds to inquiries about no tracking number and no items unless you leave a negative comment on their Facebook page. Once my item did arrive weeks later it really doesn't fit well. I followed the sizing chart and selected the size but the tank is way too long to be comfortable and it rolls up if you to to tuck it inside your jeans. I'll never wear this item.

I'll never buy a thing from shapermint again. First problem, I had a coupon which they did not take off my total nor did they return any emails addressing the issue. Then after waiting weeks for my order, it doesn't fit right. I ordered the shaping boy shorts & it rolls down from the top & the short part is so tight it makes my butt look flat. Not a good look. I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
