Okay I should have looked at reviews here before purchasing a product from them. Ordered a Shapewear shorts to wear during my graduation. It's been 2 months since I placed the order. Guess who's 40$ down with no Shapewear! I talk to an agent on their stupid chat system almost twice in a week. None of them seem to even understand what the issue is. My address was incomplete the first time they tried to send it, so it got returned to them. I made address changes (which none of their agents understood and I had to keep repeating myself everytime I spoke to one of them). Now my replacement order has been under processed for more than a week. They still didn't make any address change, they won't give me a refund, they won't have real people to talk to, they basically should not have started a business if they don't know how to run it. Like a lot of others here, I fell for the reviews and ordered this but I guess it'll be the end of summer and I'd never get to try it on. WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The worst I've come across.

This company is by far the most difficult one I have dealt with. They only care about their image. Not the customer. It took over a month to get order. Had to keep contacting them. Then I returned it and ongoing contact. They finally said they had no record of return and couldn't even get my name right. I had to file a dispute with my paying mediator and credit card company. 2 months. Do not do business with them. Not worth the head ache

I ordered directly from the Shapermint site. 6 assorted camis and tank tops, in assorted colors.
I received FOUR white camis (two different brands, I ordered ONE) and a black cami (I ordered a tank) and a NUDE cami (I ordered a beige tank). In essence, I received ONE accurate item. Was told by Customer Service chat that they shipped me what they felt was an even exchange. Um. No. BTW: NO customer service email on the site. SO no way to reach them but a robot chat. (eventually I got a real person). AND, all this was after waiting over a month to receive order. (ordered 5/9/22, received 6/14/22) So, upshot: shipping is not just slow, but inaccurate. So sloppy. I asked for my money back. Let's see how long it will take. BTW: I did end up keeping three of the items sent, just so I could feel I got something. Item quality seems, honestly, quite good. Just a horrible shopping experience.

I placed an order on May 12, it is now June 12 and I do not have my items and haven't even received tracking info. Tried calling, can't get to a live person. "Chats" are only answered by bots. Emails are answered with form letters. Can't get any real help with the order I placed. At this point I don't need the items and only want a refund. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! On May 19 I get an email black is back in stock. On June 2 get an email saying my order is on the way, with a pic of a black cami. Yesterday I get my order and it's a brown cami I never ordered, and now I'm stuck with hassle of returning b/c of their bait and switch tactics.

I loved the product enough to give the company another go after the disappointing delivery and communication from my first order. I've never received what I originally requested from their site due to supply logistics. They are quick to send you a form email of the changes to your requested order standing by with their guarantee exchange and return policy- But really? Who wants to go through all that for a product that you didn't order in the first place.
The first order was a 2 pk Empetua (blk and beige) Scoop Neck Cami - replaced with black and black… Okay, not too disappointed but I really wanted to get a lighter color especially with how they fit.
Second Order: Same 2pk Empetua (Blk and beige) and additional Everyday Tank blk, and Tank Cami blk.
I recieved that there was a change to my order 3 days after I ordered it- blk tank to blk cami, Ok.
I received another notice that it changed Again- but this time the form was blank and I couldn't see what they replace it with. :(
When I finally received my shipment 16 days later- They were all Brown scoop neck Tanks. - Needless to say, I will be going through their exchange/ return process. Hoping it is not as complicated as their ordering. I made a purchase online that cost $107.52CAD. I received a Shipping email after one week from purchase. I received a "sorry your order is late" email another week later with a note that a replacement order was placed to make up for the delay. I waited another week before I followed up with Customer Service, only to find out that there is no replacement order and I am just waiting on the original order, which still had not arrived yet.
Finally a Customer Service rep was able to provide me with a Canada Post tracking number, which was never provided to me in any shipping email. Upon looking up that tracking number, I see that I am now due to pay a COD Amount of $63.01 upon pick up of my order. They chalked it up to say that it was my duties/taxes due. I live in Canada and have shopped from the USA both online and physically across the border before. Our duties/taxes upon entering Canada is not 60% of our purchase EVER. Needless to say, I am not going to pick up my order and will be waiting for it to be returned to sender so I can wait another 3weeks to get my refund.

I would not recommend this product. It took too long to arrive, can never get to speak to a person when you have a problem. They say that this product does not move, I walk around all day pulling the legs down because they continued to roll up and doesn't hide any bulches. Will not buy from shapermint again.

I ordered a number of items but needed to return about half. The return process was not easy. It was hard to get a response or resolution to my request. I had also somehow been signed up for their Shapermint Club for $4.99 per month. When I tried to have that discontinued they did not want to refund the charge that had already been applied to my account but said they would cancel the membership. Come to find out they have been charging me the same $4.99 for the last 5 months and they are now not responding to my emails. After I left a poor review they reached out and offered to refund 3 mos. Even though they fraudulently charged for 5 mos.

I went up a size in the shorts bc I wanted protection for my inner thigh but not too tight on my back and same size for the tshirt and did an exchange on the bras to go one size down bc the straps were too long on my body. I usually wear 2x

I've lost a bit of weight and decided to treat myself to a well fitting 2 piece as a reward. I have a dream vacation coming up on June 22nd. At a glance, if seems that if places my order right away I would get it in time. After placing my order I realized that the 5-8 days processing & shipping times were for the US only…it might take 21 days for the items to just départ the US for Canada. Wish I had known that before, but non the less, I got excited when receive the DHL tracking number on Monday June 3rd. I've checked the tracking number everyday since then and still can't track the package, which means it still hasn't moved…that would be a good thing in this situation because upon reviewing my order I realize I made a typo with my postal code, but since my package hasn't move yet should be an easy fix right? WRONG! Customer service at DHL said they can't do anything and that I had to contact the seller. I have since learned the hard lesson that Shapermint customer service is non existent. I've received 2 automatic response emails. Asking the same thing, whether or not I had received my order and other FAQ. It's become clear that this is going to be a big issue and I certainly will not get my swimsuit before I leave for my trip, if at all, because a wrong postal code will result in the package being returned to Shapermint. I wish I hadn't made a typo with the address. I wish I could reach a live person in customer service, I wish I had read the reviews here before spending $95 Canadian on a swimsuit I might not even get.

They are all BOTS - I asked to cancel an order minutes after placing it on a holiday weekend and by the time they got back to me they inform me I missed the cancellation window. I asked to change the ship to address - all I get is a BOT response with no info. I have tried to get tracking after a week of ordering and all I get is a BOT response. Impossible to deal with. Still no info on my order. No tracking, no confirmation of shipping, no confirmation of the change of address. I'd be lucky if my item arrives by the end of the year. I have no doubt a BOT will respond to this...

Placed my order, and several days later received an email stating my items were not in stock, however they'd send a replacement.
They told me to respond whether or not I wanted the replacement or to wait for my item to come back in stock. I, naturally, chose to wait for what I wanted. They then proceeded to bill me and send the replacement item anyway.
I'm now forced to pay to return the items I specifically told them to not send to me. The "customer service" was ridiculous. I was finally sent the link for the return label and the person was incredibly rude and hostile about it.
Lost a few bucks, but lesson learned. Caveat emptor!

The first time I ordered from Shapermint I was impressed with the product and there was no issue. The second time there was an issue with receiving my order as it was constantly delayed which has yet to be resolved. It was a small order so I believed it may be an anomaly based on my first experience. My next order, they had released previously out of stock items on sale. I received confirmation and payment was taken of my order, the next morning I received a notice saying the items I ordered were out of stock and they have sent instead two completely different items. When I reached out to the help desk (immediately after receiving the email) I was informed that the substitutions had already been processed in the warehouse and they offer free exchanges so I would have to wait until I receive them before I could contact them again, send them back, to get a free exhchange or possibly a refund. When I reiterated that they were not the items I ordered and I did not want them just a refund I was told that was not possible and they had no other option. I will not be ordering again as I have no faith in the order process. The product is great when you get it accurately but that does not happen consistently.

I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
