I unfortunately have to leave a poor review for this company. I placed an order on May 10,2022. I never received my product which was due to arrive on May 18,2022. Shapermint did finally tell me the product was out of stock and that they would send me another "similar" item, which I never received. I tried to contact the company via email and text and kept getting standard "robot" responses. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with PayPal that I got a quick reply and then they told me there was nothing they could do because the order was placed. After again replying through PayPal that I would like my refund because my order was not showing that it was placed I finally got $60.00 of my $60.98 refund. Do not deal with this company as you continue to get the run-around and they will not send you the product you order. Their customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this company.
I ordered an item for a wedding. I paid extra for faster delivery. The item had not even been shipped yet the day before the wedding. I contacted customer service because I wanted to cancel the order. Not only did I not get it in the time that they said I would, but now I am out the money I paid for faster service. I saw Shapermint advertisements on Facebook, and the bras that they advertised looked like bras that would be comfortable in the hot summer months. I decided to order just one bra to give it a try. If I liked it, I would purchase a couple more bras, but it seemed wise to start with just one. Imagine my surprise then, when on my credit card statement, there were two charges from Shapermint, one for the bra I had ordered, and another, even higher charge for something else. With some investigating, I discovered that Shapermint decided to sell me a two-pack of bras and charged me for them without my permission! They just used my credit card information and charged me for items I didn't even want! I contacted customer service, during the correct business hours, but no matter what options I chose on their voice menu, I was unable to get a live person to speak to me or to even text with me. I resorted to emailing about my problem. At first, I got some auto-generated emails that were useless in helping with me, so I complained bitterly in an email and said that I would post one star reviews if I did not get my money back for the bras that I did not order. Also, time was passing, and the three bras I was charged for were lost in the mail somewhere. My bitter complaints actually got some attention. A real person responded and said that ALL of my money, the charges for all three bras was going to be returned to me. I have waited beyond the five to ten business days that I should wait to have my money refunded, and NOTHING has been refunded to my credit card account. I reached out to customer service again, and received a useless email that was unrelated to my complaint. I guess I am never going to get my money back, and I have three bras here that are too big for me, even though, yes, I did carefully follow the sizing charts. This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD in ordering something online.

If you order an item from this company and they don't have it in stock they will just send you an email telling you that they will send a completely different unwanted item as a substitute.
If you contact their customer service they will not have an available human customer service rep to stop this item from being shipped to you. If you got to their Customer Zen service you will send a notice telling them not to substitute the unwanted item. The responses with be computer generated so they will not address your concern.
Your email box will be bombarded daily with Shapermint sales advertising the very items they claim they can't ship you because they are out of stock.
They will never ship the item to you. When you correspond with the Shapermint online customer rep on their website they will always tell you that the items are in stock and that you will be shipped 24-48 hours after your conversation. A few days after this conversation you will receive an email telling your that the items that they said were in stock just the day before is out of stock and they are now refunding your money.
You will be caught in the never ending hell of the order wasn't shipped because an item was out of stock email and the customer service fake promise of the order will be processes in 24-48 hours. If you try to get them to confirm whether or not the item is in stock and when it will be shipped they will offer you a full refund.

Despite their size " guarantee " I was unable to get a bra that fit. I used their size guide to order a bra. I'm a 44 DDD, bra was too small in the band. Interestingly, it was also too small for my daughter a 32 C. When I contacted them I was told that, if I wanted a refund, I would lose 10.00. They have a " refund fee". Would not recommend.

I ordered black bikini bottoms from Shapermint. It took them over a month to fulfill the order, and when I finally received it, it was the wrong color. After going back and forth with them, they refunded the price of the item, but refused to refund the $6.95 shipping charge. When I questioned this, they referred to their refund policy, and said that black was out of stock so they sent me a different color.
I feel that I never received what I ordered, and I should have been refunded the entire amount, including shipping.

But no, it's an answer bot on the helpline, created a ticket, got a form email and still no idea where my order is. China made! Need I say more. Over-priced and way too tight, does nothing. No shaping to it. It just flattens everything including breast flat. This is my 2nd attempt with this company. 1st time was eartly March, after 30 days I get a letter they are out of stock. What do I want to do. I ask how long before stock returns. I take refund at 5 weeks. 2nd time they only took 35 days to deliver product. It is hiugh priced for what you get and a 3XL doesn't fit a large.

After a year of working from home, I decided to start wearing more comfortable bras. I bought a number of Truekind bras based on the ads in my Pinterest feed. The bras weren't exactly perfect for me, but I'm an odd size. (I wear a 32F.)They certainly were more comfortable than my old, exorbitantly expensive underwire bras. I also bought some shapewear that was a little too big to be effective.
Shapermint's sizing calculator doesn't seem to be accurate for me. I should've just guessed my size.
I later ordered a few bras for my mom (who has dementia and needs something supportive and easy to wear)
None of the bras really fit; the band on mine is too loose and rolls up, the band for my mom's bras are too tight and the provided extender digs in - however they're affordable and more comfortable than anything else I have right now.
I ordered a few bras for my teenage daughter about a month ago. She's built like me with a small torso and a large cup size. I can't speak for how those bras fit…because they haven't arrived yet.
I've reached out to customer service several times about the delayed order. They say it's the shipping carrier's fault and offer me coupons. At this point, I've bought all the bras I ever will from this company.

First of all, this item is so sheer, there is NO modesty to it at all. You need a padded bra with this to have any modesty. Second, when I requested a return and refund I was told they charge $4.95 fee to return. Now when I get the refund, they deducted $11.90, not the $4.95 quoted. I was told their return policy is on the web... I replied your return policy says "no hassle returns." This is not no hassle. This is bad business and I won't shop with them again. Just received the Truekind Daily Comfort wireless bras. Comfortable like a sleep bra but NO LIFT a and no strap adjustments. Fits like my old worn out 18-hour bras. Returning and will keep wearing my Dreamgenie sports bras. They lift and don't ride up; just lack the hooks in back.

Today is day 6 after placing my order and it has not shipped and there is no way to get in touch with someone via phone and the chat option is not helpful in resolving the issue besides asking me to the be patient. I haven't actually recieved my order yet, but as I am typing this, I am attempting to cancel one of the two identical orders, one of which I accidently placed. The site gives a high pressure upsell method, which resulted in my needing to cancel. The customer service person on line is very frustrating - taking too much time to process my request, not seeming to understand what I am wanting, trying to get me to keep my order by giving me a discount. I just want to cancel one of the two identicle orders!
