I was dissatisfied with the a scratchy clasp and size of my first bra purchase. Customer service graciously sent me a free bra, one size up. I tried that and still experienced scratchy points on the hook and eye clasp. Customer service sent me another bra, free of charge, with no clasp. That took care of the scratchy clasp issue! I have since tried a Gloria Vanderbilt, similar style bra, purchased from Costco. Very similar product, no scratchy clasp.

I had a great experience with my first purchase. Even though I had to make an exchange, the process was very easy, no questions asked or additional fees. I just had to print out the mailing label and the replacement came a short time later. I love both bras, they are very comfortable. So comfortable that I bought 2 more.

The bra didn't fit. So the next day I emailed in for an EXCHANGE because I love the 1st bra I ordered. I have not seen such courteous, professional, expedient service and it makes me love my bra even more! My DIL asked why I order online- I hate bra shopping- well... I USED TO HATE bra shopping you won't choose wrong when you use SHAPERMINT.

Items are well made and really good quality. Customer service is very good. My order took a while because I'm in Canada and it has to go through customs, without me even asking about it i got an email update letting me know my order was delayed due to customs waits and its still on its way.
