I accidentally clicked on the wrong size for a Truekind shaper bra & sent the order before I could change it. I contacted the service department online & within 24 hours heard back from a representative re: this mistake I made. She had me make the correction in size I needed to make & the next say I received an e-mail that the order was corrected. When I received the order (in the same amount of time it usually takes), the order was indeed corrected to the size I really needed. The speed in which this matter was corrected impressed me greatly & it was done in a cordial and respectful manner. Thank you, Shapermint! I've recommended you to my sister, Jean Riojas.

I was amazed at the number of e-mails that accompanied our purchase: were we happy with it, did it fit, how can we help you further? I love the bra cups band and closure, i would make the shoulder straps a little more substantial. They tend to roll if your are larger busted.
