I received my order fast and it's 2 bras, very comfy and fits great. However, site started off in CAD and then i was charged in USD, so way more money and there was a first order discount that I was unable to use on my first order, but I've received daily (several) emails for that discount and others. I would have rather been charged in CAD and been able to use the offered discount (quite a large percentage off).
I wanted to return 1 of 2 bras I ordered! They told me to keep it but they'd send me a replacement of my choice! They canceled the order & have never refunded me! Their customer service is impossible! The chat boys send you in circles & you never get anywhere! If I order an other bra, it'll be thru Amazon!

They sent my package to the wrong address! I can't get anybody to give me a call or to give me information as to giving me my money back! I have gotten nothing but computer-generated responses and I am frustrated. The address I gave was correct the address generated by their company incorrect! Horrible, horrible customer service. I wish I could try their product but they can't send it correctly.

I had a PAID club membership and tried to cancel several times via the site. I called customer service, was put on hold for 15 and gave up. I then used the chat bot and after a series of 6 questions of the checking to see if I was serious about cancelling, they then connected me to chat with a real person. They then sent me an activation link which let me create a new PW and then led me down a confusing path to cancel. Be ware when joining the "club"

This is the biggest ripoff. I ordered 1 pair of leggings and they "accidentally" sent me 3 pairs and charged my credit card $162! My refund? 80.99!. Theyre charging me shipping and tax for sending them back! I'm contacting my credit card company and the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered a bra & on my delivery receipt it's stays I have 60 days to return! Bra has ZERO support for someone that is a DDD size. Contacted customer service through CHAT to be told that an exception would be made since its from the order date not delivery. SCAM 1 - Customer service chat gets cutoff & have to try back. SCAM 2 - Denied the exchange once I got another representative. SCAM 3 - Multiple emails from them giving me a discount to buy ANOTHER useless bra but do not resolve my issue. My husband has order over $300 worth of products for me for Christmas and my birthday with the past two months. The items that fit are amazing! However, I have 3 Daily fit Wireless Bras and one Reactive Bra that I order incorrectly. I can't even figure out how to EXCHANGE these 4 bras for a "store credit", so I can order the correct bra. The one I like is the Truekind (RN*******) double layed bra in black & Beige. Unfortunately I ordered the 1st one in a 2X and it's too big. I need a XL but I will keep this 2X and wear it around the house because I've got it as tight as it can possibly go. This bra is AMAZING! I would love to order a few more but for those of us who can't follow this company's so called EXCHANGE policy, I can not do anything! No one will answer the phone number listed on their website and when I send an email to REQUEST "HELP" for an EXCHANGE, all I get is a reply that tells me to go to their website. I do like this product but after many attempts to complete this process; I will have to call in QUITS to reordering from this company. I totally understand the DELAYS in shipping because of inclimate weather or mass orders. But since there has been a decline in "brick and mortar" shops and an increase with online shopping, I believe this company's RETURN or EXCHANGE policy could be a little more "user friendly"! Because your products are actually REALLY good!

I bought the wireless shaper bra and, I love how it keeps my shape. The two things that I wish that the company would do is make the straps wider. The other thing is that there is extra material that bunches on the side so I cannot wear a tight-fitting shirt, or it will show.

I have never ordered from this company before. When I ordered two pairs of leggings, I ordered the size according to other brands like them.
When my leggings arrived, neither one of them fit, I tried to contact customer service and all I could get was a live chat person online. I could never find a phone number to talk to anyone.
The operator who is via chat told me that my leggings were final sale purchases and there was nothing she could do to help me now I'm stuck with two pairs of leggings that are not only too small, but they're ugly, I will never purchase anything from them again!

Apparently they have actual products but look at reviews. Many don't even get their orders. So I ordered 2 leggings and ordered large by mistake so about 2 mins later I contacted an agent on their website and asked to change both to a medium. A couple minutes later she came back and said I successfully changed both to medium and you'll receive the confirmation email. I never did so the next day I again chatted with an agent and asked if she did actually change my size. They said she tried but the system said they were out of stock so it wouldn't allow her and sorry we can't cancel it. The other agent flat out lied to me. This is a horrible horrible company and I can't even fathom it's still in business. So she's like just exchange or refund them after you get them. Will I ever get them? Will they process an exchange or refund? I'm not counting on it and will immediately file a BBB complaint. I should've researched more reviews rather than trusting the ones on the actual website. I see this advertisement that of course it looked too good, but I had to just try it. It would be great if the fabric you know that strip of material that goes underneath the breast you know on the top of your ribs that wraps around it needs to be longer instead of approximately 2 1/2 inches it needs to be about 4 to 4 1/2 inches, I am a size 36 triple D and of course I had to get the extra large because of the size of my cups and it still rolls up underneath me. I mean it feels comfortable but every hour or so I have to pull the part of the bra down that part that replaces an underwire, and that's quite annoying, the cups are not too small I think maybe if I tried the large instead of the extra large, it might fit around my cup a little more snug, but that's not going to help the rolling up that happens underneath the breast. My suggestion ladies is that it is wise when trying a new product to just buy ONE, anytime at all that you buy a brand new product and it doesn't fit right and you've bought three or four of such, it becomes a waste of money, just buy one to try it. I'm not taking a picture of myself with the bra on, so I just took a picture of the inside label of the bra. I'm sure that shaper can verify that I just received my package today. I think I deleted the email where it says I received my order but I am going to upload the email that gives me my tracking and so forth for my order even though I've already received it.

If you need your Shapermint order fast, I don't recommend paying extra for their 4-day PRIORITY MAIL because it's ridiculous! It has been 2 weeks since their email confirmed that my order was shipped on Nov 21,2023 and on the way, but I still haven't received it 14 days later. I'm a first time customer and I paid for U.S. PRIORITY mail which is 4 days mailing time after shipment. I needed it for a gift today (Dec 4,2023) so I've been tracking my order all this time and it continuously shows a message that its just sitting in one of their partner facilities for 14 days, WHY? I called customer service for an update & explanation but I had to leave a message, and I got no reply, no email, no return phone call. Finally today they confirmed that USPS received my package from the facility and its finally in transit and I'll receive my priority pkg on Dec 7th for a total of 16 days after shipment instead of 4 days. This was a gift for my sister today but it's not here yet... thanks Shapermint for holding the package an additional 2 wks for no reason and ruining her present. Be honest with your customers, don't promise them quick priority shipping & handling if you can't deliver! I will never order from Shapermint again because they never provided any email updates for the delay. I also won't comment on the products because we never received them.

For all Canadian shoppers - beware. All prices will be shown to you in Canadian dollars BUT you will be billed in US dollars! If you try to cancel the order- you only have one hour to do so and the agent will not connect with you until. The hour time slot is over. Then they will try to convince you to "try the product anyway". A very deceitful company in my books.

I bought 3 different types of bras
Non of them.fit well. The ones with a back clasp have shoulder straps that sit so far out they constantly fall down. The other two without clasps roll up and they sort of spread your breast toward your armpits giving this tube look. I followed the size charts. I guess if your are not plus size or have average size breasts this might be ok. I was really disappointed.

My order has been "shipped" status for weeks. Gone round and round w the customer service who want me to order something different than what I've already paid for. But bc my items were already "shipped" they won't return my money or offer me anything but a 20% coupon for future orders. I pay $4.99 a month for the club to get priority shipping that doesn't seem like much of a priority to anyone at Shapermint.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This product ships from overseas and they make you pay customs fees, not included in the price you pay. This was not on the page I ordered from in a way that make this charge clear. 8 days later and still no product and they tell me it cannot be cancelled. These people are a rip off. BUYER BEWARE!

I felt very excited to take advantage of what seemed like a great sale to get a few things from this company but it didn't mention anywhere that the prices was in USD until I got the confirmation email that the order was processed. It's almost 37$ on a 100$ here in Canada so now the actual charge is over what I could spend. I really hope these items last and are good quality. This really upset me and hurt my pocketbook - so much for the deal

The various products did not fit quite as advertised but overall ok.
I cannot get this company, despite numerous attempts, to stop contacting me. After I received my final shipment, I unsubscribed from email contact, deleted my account and have made several attempts via "*******@shapermint.com" to stop contacting me. All to no avail. In response to my requests, I continue to receive emails asking me if my issue has been resolved and codes for discounts to purchase new items. I have since marked as spam and blocked their email.

I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
