I ordered a bra and I liked it so I went back online and ordered two more in two different styles. When these two arrived one had a flaw and the other one fit terribly. When I contacted customer service to explain my issues with my second order, it took almost an hour with the online chat function to communicate my issues. It seemed as if the agent was not reading what I wrote because she kept asking questions that didn't make sense or asking me exactly what I just answered. After a very frustrating exchange, I was finally able to get them to understand that I needed return labels for both those bras and two new bras shipped. I got a confirmation confirming the styles that were to be shipped to me. Because of availability those two replacement bras shipped separately. Both had the correct paperwork both were the wrong styles when they were received. Again, the customer service experience to get this next issue resolved was equally inefficient and frustrating. At this point I had one of them refunded and one of them to be replaced again. I just received it yesterday and they have shipped the wrong product yet again.
The tanks fit well, helps with keeping everything in place. Always enjoy the outfits. Never had much issues with anything.

I measure 31 3/4 inches underbust but have very flabby breasts that require a G or H cup. These look very well made and they send extenders but are not useful for a mature woman. Don't order unless you are no bigger than a C cup. I already did 2 exchanges but might have to make changes to be useful.

I have several of the everyday tanks! Love that there's enough hold in them to not have to wear a bra. I have two of the no wire bras and they're really my favorite. So comfortable! Definitely recommend.

I bought 3 bras and received only 2 but they charged me for 3. In that same order they tacked on a membership that I said I did not want. It took me an hour and a half to finally get the membership cancelled. They do not have a customer service number, I had to go through a bot before they connected me to a customer service representative. I will never purchase from them again. Scam practice adding a membership to an order
