I purchased three camis a month ago. It looks like they haven't even been shipped. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service but only get emails saying that someone will contact me. No one has. I just want a refund and to be done with this nightmare.
I have ordered many times from here all with disapointment. The adds look like they could be right for my full figure but no they are not. The last one I could not take out the padded parts to the bra which I certaintly do NOT need. So I give up trying to buy one from your co that could fit me. It advertises hefty full figure but instead is tight and not comfortable. I weigh 133 lbs and am 82 years old but nothing fits right. So sad.

I have reached out to shapermint multiple times to update a shipping address that was accidentally pulled from an old address when submitting an order. There is no person you can speak too, only an AI customer service bot. Every time I reached it said someone would get back to me within an hour and no one ever did I even had it escalated and still no response. My package ended up being delivered to the old address in a completely different state and again no help or response back from anyone at shapermint. I won't be ordering from them again. I can't imagine trying to use their 100% guarantee return if I couldn't get anyone to respond to the multiple attempts I made to change the shipping address.

I ordered some jeggings f from an ad, and I got them in a timely manner, but now I need to return them to get a different size and I get a hold of anybody to talk to. The website does not work because it's not letting me do what I need to do. I'm supposed to be able to return and exchange them on the website but cannot do it. Help would be nice.

No clear way to get a hold of a person. The Bot, Rachel Mint leads one in circles. My fourth attempt at trying to get a resolution. The communication between customer service and the fullfillment center is non-existent. C/S tells the customer one thing & their fullfillment either sends the entirely wrong item or sends cheap little tote that isn't even sold on their site. This has been going on since late March!

I have gone through 3 orders processes between Feb and April. Each time I have been sent a copy of the order and each time in stead of receiving what I asked for, I was sent some small bag in place of the item and was never told why I wasn't receiving the item. I have worked with 3 people in CS; get the same rhetoric and after waiting a week, each time, I get a bag in the mail /. I'm totally fed up.

I requested a return label via text, chat and email but I haven't receive a return label. There's is no way to talk to a real human so I could explain my side of the story. I tried calling the number on the website and it's just a recording repeatedly saying the same thing. I received my package on 4/22 but unable to get a return label to return the products eventhough it hasn't been over 60 days. Shapermint makes ot extremely difficult for a simple request. On the website states how easy it is to process a return but I can't seem to get any human to respond to my messages.

I purchased 2 tank tops and they are really comfortable and supportive. If there was one thing that I didn't like, is the fact that they roll up immediately when you bend over. A silicone lining around the bottom would keep them from rolling up. That would be so helpful.

I really love how comfortable this bra is to wear. I bought two in 2X and one in 3X. I usually wear a 40 G or H, but the band is far looser than my usual bras and yet the cup size is smaller. I need the 3X for cup size, but I'm wearing the band at the tightest position in 3x. I may buy more anyway, because I LOVE that the bra keeps my breasts from spreading to the sides like every other wireless bra has in the past.

I thought, that I was purchasing a buy one get one offer for their swimsuit bottoms. I paid the price of each (13 dollars and some change each) I was only sent one pair and was told that they do not ship offers separately so you're out of luck, but hey here's a twenty percent coupon on your next order!

After three attempts to find a product in the Shapermint lineup that works for me, I am sad to say that I have concluded this is not the brand for me. I don't see any belly compression benefits, the torso isn't long enough, and there is no easy access for bathroom trips.

I am a return Shapermint customer. I LOVE their products. However their customer service is TRASH! Because of that I will NEVER NOT EVER buy from them again unless something changes VERY quickly. I will make it my mission in life to tell anyone and everyone how awful my experience has been I even plan on buying their products on Amazon and returning them just to leave bad reviews. I will go so far as to post on any and all social media sites about how bad my experience is I am so livid! For the past week I have been trying "unsuccessfully" to get a response from this company on my order, but they are not invested enough in my business to contact me back. I made an order on 4/4 got a response on 4/7 that said my order was on the way, Yay exactly what I expected, however the deliver date has been pushed back no big deal, then now its been 2 weeks since my order and ZERO updates with nothing on the tracker other than it saying its on its way. I have tried every avenue they offer to get a response with promises of responses from their Garbage AI tools to hear back within 24 hours. And shocker... NOTHING. I spent A LOT of money on this recent order and am applaud with how I have been treated. If you can't tell I am mad, I have lost faith in this company, and most of all I am super disappointed that this is how they choose to do business.

I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
