The trial period went fairly well. But now that I have had it for several months, all I can say is that the buffering and freezing problems are terrible to the point that it is unwatchable unless there is another channel you are willing to watch. And, there is a 50% chance that it will also be having problems. When Fox News is down or having problems, Fox Business is generally also down or having problems. At any particular time, my estimate is that 15% of the channels will be experiencing buffering and freezing problems and this problem is not isolated to a few channels, it seems to affect all of them. Or at least the ones I would like to watch. When I called to complain, I was told that they are aware of the problems and are working on them. As you can see from other reviews, they are not making much, if any, progress. When it works, there is a great channel selection and it is cheep. But that is about all I can say that is favorable. I pre-ordered the SetPlex SP-110 in September of 2017. After getting several emails from Setv Now apologizing for the delay, my box finally arrived mid November 2017.

Much like the other reviews, some channels either didn't work or froze. After a week of use, I noticed that my that my subscription was sent to end about 2 weeks after i had it activated. According to their Promo, you're supposed to get 30 day free trial with the SetPlex SP-110 box. I called their support team and spoke with Candy (real name?). After going back and forth with her, she told me that she was going to escalate this matter and I would get an email from someone within 24 hours. Never happened...

Being the sucker that I am and the fact that I didn't want to miss any basketball games, I paid the $20 for another month of service even though I didn't get my full 30 days free. So now I'm paid up until January 3rd, 2018.

Just this past Sunday 12/17, my SetPlex box has stopped working. Called tech support again and I've was told to contact *******@setvnow.com for a Shipping Label, so I could return my box and they would send me a replacement. Email sent... Got a reply that said basically, they do not reimburse for shipping and to mail it into them on my own dime.

At this point, I'm pretty much fed up with them. I sent an email to their sales team (again) and their returns team. If i do not get a resolution from them, i will be writing a letter to my credit card company to flag them and also the Better Business Bureau.

Little info on the people of. SET TV. The owner founder Jason Labossiere is a known con man. A little Google searches wil show you this. They are not payin other affiliates that are promoting them. They are making threats of taking people credit cards and selling them. They have every affiliates W9 with ssn and banking info. He has a credit card piggybacking website if you look close enough. They are very rude and everyone uses an alias Sean Martin Beaman aka Tom Bell. Is also a know scam artist with plenty of lawsuits against him also. I have found 4 affiliates owed over 5000 with proof that Set pretty much told them to F-off and die. These are not good guys you are promoting in any sort of matter at all. I know of a few lawsuits being put together as I type this. The FCC is looking in on them. The FTC is also doing the same. Morgan and Morgan Law firm will be leading the court preceding as to my knowledge. I am just letting you know the kind of people you are promoting. Please dont ignore this and do a few Google searches to see what I am talking about.
