I sign up for 3 months and after one month the service is not working, and I'm not able to reach out anyone, I emailed 4 times no answer
I have had Setvnow for approximately 3 months. I signed up for the recurring payment method but after a month it would not work. I was advised I needed to use the 3 month payment method as the recurring was out of order. I paid for 3 months and a month later my service does not work. I attempted to log into my account which was also down. I have sent numerous emails to the support team with no response. I started doing research and found that many companies are suing Setv due to illegally streaming. I believe they tried to get as much money as they could out of their customers prior to having to shut down. We should be able to be refunded for this service and the inconvenience it has caused.
Ive been unable to contact anyone for 12 days, which is when the service stopped working. You cant reach them and they have an infuriating auto response to any email you send. No human receives or responds to anything. Ive used them since Aug 2017 & recommended them to a number of people but will start giving moving them away from this & on to something else. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!
Worked for little bit and everything disappeared overnight, no streaming, no website, no answers to emails, calls, NOTHING! --- DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! ---
I paid for my subscription and now their having difficulties. They gave no reason and you can't contact them at all. I hope you're writing checks because a lot of people dont appreciate being left in the dark after payments have been made.

Did free trial was good. Then paid. Used for a week and it stopped working after they took our money! Now the site is down and nobody is answering back. Don't try this app!
I like the app set TV now because it has a lot of discount and benefits and then shipped for public to get internet channels for a very low price that can help a lot of people out there who want to see TV but cannot afford it and cables too expensive and Saturday night as well Saturday is expensive to set TV now is the cheapest and best thing I seen
Purchased the service a month ago as I was recommended to by a friend as a cheaper alternative to cable. So I tried the trial and loved it so decided to go in for a year purchase to save the most money... Well it's been a month later and none of it works. Apparently the company went into a lawsuit and is not going to be refunding customers or returning the service anytime soon. Biggest waste of $250 dollars I ever spent
I was really mad that said TV went down because I have people who trusted me that they can watch TV every day. But as of yesterday June 11th, we found out that the originals that TV is back up and running and it gives you an expiration date on it, I don't know if when your actual account expires, will you be able to continue or not? Because it does not give a phone number, nor email, nor any information to continue making your payments and our computers still say that is unavailable! But it is back on you have to delete your old on and put in the the old one again through your downloader and it works fine the way it used to. But who knows how long this will stay open?
After 6 months of Setvnow, they suddenly went out of business due to legal issues. They did not notify anyone or refund unused subscriptions. As far as the service goes, they did improve and the issues I had in the beginning were fixed. I would like to see them come back, there is no info on what going on, so I will have to wait and see. I did subscribe to another IPTV and am going through playback issues with them on their ondemand. I can say that Setvnow is better than what I have now, though the new service promises to be revamping over the next few weeks. Lol
Ive had setvnow tv for about 2 months. They were portrayed as one of the best IPTV services. After a 24 hr free trial, I decided the cut the cord and subscribe. In the beginning I had lots of issues with the service, lots of buffering and freezing. After numerous emails to support, alot of the issues are resolved. I still have some buffering and issues with no picture but you get audio on one channel I like to watch. It gets aggravating trying to save $50 plus over cable and having to deal with issues all the time. I may stay with them, since they appear to be working on resolving the problems. I have another month on my subscription and will stay if they fix it all or may try another IPTV if they dont. I would give 7 out of 10 as a rating for now. The CS does respond to my emails which is good and have made progress. Once the bugs are worked out I would raise the rating. The guide is a little weird and takes getting used to. Hope they improve that interface as well. Compared to a $70 cable bill and lot less channels I would still pick Setvnow hands down.
Im so disappointed in this company. I was telling everybody how great they were and how much money they would save. Now its no more. What kind of BS is this? I have called, texted and sent a few emails and no responses. I had few more days of my three month sign up. My Setv went out on Friday. This company should be a shame of themselves for scamming people like this. $#*! SETV
So I said that I would stay with setvnow until something changes. Well it did a couple days ago... NO SERVICE and no way to contact them other than an email address that they will not respond to. Guess the lawsuit they have against them kicked in... DON'T DO IT!
3 months ago, I decided to give Setvnow a try. Since then, I have been overlapping Setvnow & Directv Now services. Last week, I decided to cancel Directv Now and go with Setvnow as my families stand alone streaming service. I had Directv Now for 14 months and have had severla issues, including a lot of buffering. I also tried Sling for 12 months prior to Directv Now with similar problems. Setvnow has less buffering and overall issues than either one of the other 2 streaming services I mentioned above. I also have used Setvnow's chat service and have had good luck with them. Unless something changes, I'm all in with setvnow.
I have had set tv service for a few months and loved it. I had no problem with the service. I was able to get help from the reps. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. I cant even talk to anyone. All I know is, is that I would love for them to start the service again. Im in FULL support. I saved so much money these past few months from switching from DirecTV. We need SETV back now

I havd had service for 2 days and now it's shut down and you can't contact anyone. Give me a break. Is this a shotty company of what.

Ive had set tv for about two months now. Yes there were a few problems, but Set TVs support line was always professional and handled any problems I had fairly quick. I am retired and living on social security. Getting Set tv was like giving myself a raise. I save around $80 a month. Keep up the good work guys.
I have seen Set TV lie, I have seen and read Set TV's lies and post (5 stars from their employees, I have seen and read trustpilots post and in cahoots with Set TV to boost their ratings. All a scam and it comes from a CEO (two time convicted felon "Jason Labosserrie that gave the orders to mass inject 5 star ratings to offset the rel ratings. In just 5 days Set TV's ratings went from 49% 1 star ratings to over 46% 5 star ratings. All not true and trustpilot is helping them achieve this farce. I have witnessed buffering, freezes, no video prompts, "epg" channel guide is all messed up and Set TV's customer support lies to me when I contact them saying that they are working on it? Trust me as I have also exposed Set TV's customer support staff and they work all this from their homes. I hear television in the background, kids screaming and playing as well. Set TV operates out of a strip mall in Florida. I have also checked this out as well. All in all Set TV rebroadcast from Dish TV, Dish Network and cable companies without their permission or being contracted to do so. Google all of this and I also invite you to go to trustpilot's reviews and ratings site and you read and be the judge. Set TV is a con job and they take your money. Be aware that theyalso are selling their set top box which is a joke as well.
