Unprofessional and scandalous

DON'T DO IT! This business is unprofessional, rude and a rip off!

I ordered my box 1-23-18 and it took 4 1/2 months to get here. I patiently waited. When I got it I was excited and couldn't wait to establish connect with my TV, however I was unable to establish connection (and I am very computer literate and technologically literate as well).

I called your customer service (which it truly isn't that) with long waits and people who speak poor English and don't provide technical support and they were not able to help me and very unprofessional.

After those couple of calls without resolution we emailed back and forth for a month or so and still no help in getting the box to communicate with the TV. I communicated with the following via email JUL031, ARC121, BEW634 and then eventually everyone just stopped responding. So now it is going on 5 months and still not service. So I sent the box back.

I sent the box back 5/1/18 and it arrived to the location SetVnow, ******* Park Blvd #104-148, Semionole, FL *******-4757 and it was received on 5/4/18 at 10:52 am. and was signed for by your receptionist.

I call 5/7/18 at 9:50 a.m. and spoke with customer service rep Sophie (if you want to call her a customer service rep) she didn't help me and lied to me and told me the box hadn't been received and I would need to call back at a later time but they would email when the box was received.

Again I was patient. I waited almost a month (now we are going on 6 months) when I called on 6/4/18 at 8:45 a.m. I spoke with Melissa who told me the box had been received yet I got no email as Sophie told me I would more lies. Now Melissa is telling me that it is verified my box was returned and received and they would send me an email with then the $116.98 would be reimbursed. Well now it is 6/7/18 this is 3 days after my conversation with Melissa and still no email. More lies. I want my $116.98 back. I was even paid up for my service until 7/23/18 and your company closed my account. Why?

At first I enjoy your service but your company is hell. It is a scam and a rip off. They didn't reimburse my whole amount and never verified why they closed my account though I am paid in full till 7/23/18. In fact in email communication the customer service rep told me they were doing me a favor by even reimbursing me partial payment. And still no one has every responded about the $55 I paid for 3 months service that the discontinued a month and 1/2 into the 3 months.

DON'T DO IT! Steer away from this company! You get what you pay for! They are a scam and a rip off!
