First change DNS Server to Googles. Then run a WiFi scanner to determine what channel best works for you did this today with a Mac Air using WiFi diagnostic ran the scan changed channels to 6 on 2.4 hertz on mesh AirPort Extreme put it 136 did this at 6.00Pm no more buffering.
