It has been the worst loss of money in my years as a real estate sales person. They keep sending leads for an area that I do not work in. The price is always around 104,420 which is unheard of in this market.
The Zip codes are always the same, not the ones that I requested and told the salesperson that I wanted. I paid with a credit card and they got the money, I requested a cancellation through my bank and they told the bank that I had signed a contract. They have only sent JUNK leads, nobody answers or calls back, do not answer emails or texts, some phone #s are disconnected. People that have answered always say that I am calling the wrong number. All is a SCAM. They should not be in the business of taking advantage of honest Realtors that do want to work and pay all this money to be deceived. NO FAIR... NO SHAME...!

This is the worth lead generation I have purchased. It is a scam! Stay away! I wish I would have read all the reviews before I spent $1500. All the leads are old and by old I meant 6+ months old. I spoke to a lead and she said she was looking for that property 7 months ago! The rest are no longer interested or they don't reply. Don't waste your hard earned money!

Large up front signing fee and then percentage of each sale. The leads I get are out of my area or under 200k. If I take a lead for under 200k by the time I pay them and my broker I get almost nothing. I have talked to their "manager" a few times and he offers me coaching. I have been a real estate agent for 8 years. I do not want coaching I want good leads. I have done better on my own mailing post cards.

Leads are terrible. I didn't get anywhere close to even meeting any of these people. The ones that weren't dead were often just passive observers from mainstream sites like Zillow and Realtor.com. In the year that I tried this I didn't get a single decent lead and I closed $7M the year before, so the "we can't close the leads for you" line is not relevant.

SetSchedule SCAMMERS took money from our account ($1,800) without permission even after we spoke to several people and tried to cancel this so-called service, months before the end of our one-year contract. Everyone we spoke to and emailed lied to us and told us that it was successfully canceled, and I am starting to believe they were all instructed to do so with the end in mind being to do exactly what they did to us. In addition, the service they promised was anything but successful. They sold us a bill of goods and never delivered on their promises. The manager we spoke to was completely resistant to helping us, refused to return our money, and ultimately hung up the phone on us. I have never experienced anything so horrible with any other company in my life and no one should do business with this company, ever!

I have entered the world of internet a long time ago and I have seen a lot of good apps but these apps are above all apps because I can use this app with innate process than the amount of hassle I have to endure by running other apps. The promises made by Set Schedule were completely a joke! I signed up for the best package with the promise of receiving all these amazing leads- well for the first 2- weeks I had Zero leads. When I tried to reach out for assistance, I had to to schedule an appointment, which took a week or two weeks to get, then when you would speak to them, it wasn't the correct department, so had to reschedule for another available appointment for week delay. This continued for the entire month! The only leads we received are cheap rentals or in areas that are not safe to be in. No, confirmed leads.
I asked to cancel the membership, since they did not fulfill their promises! I was pushed around to numerous people, but no one willing to help!
So very disappointed with this company!

Customer service is horrible. After 4 months I finally go to talk to someone. Then the conversation went from bad to worst. He could not tell me about my territory because he did California. Leads will not go automatically into my crm and since I could never get anyone to talk to me, I could not figure out how to do it. The leads I called were all really bad. Either bad number, no answer, or if I connected, they did not want to buy.

Do not waste your money on this company. First and most importantly I have an incredible system to follow up with leads which I worked with a mentor agent on setting up a couple of years ago and am aggressive with follow up, but if the leads are garbage none of that matters. I have been fighting with them for the nearly year that I have been signed up to try to get relevant leads with zero result. I have reached out to their Chief Client Officer who simply assigned me a new rep. This is my 4th or 5th, but they aren't the issue, it is that the leads are people who have zero interest in buying, are inquiring on homes at values which don't exist or are renters leads. Paying a significant fee upfront is how they make money. I honestly doubt that these are even new leads. I think these are 100% recycled based on the feedback that I have received from the people who I have contacted. Any other solution must be better than this.

I paid Setschedule over $2K last fall for a guaranteed number of qualified leads - after a real sales pitch about how they basically perform a Presales function to ensure the leads we would receive would be actual buyers. What a line of BS - WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE LEAD IN OVER 6 months AND noone from their customer service up to the Executive Suite will respond to inquiries regarding it - its just a big black hole! You would be better off just throwing your $ out the window - at least you could see someone pick it up and benefit from it. Total BS of a company!
Leads are terrible. They told me to go ahead and dispute my charge - ha knowing it would not get approved by my cc company. I tried and bc of the lingo in the contract you cannot get your money back! Stay away from this place. They asked for huge amount of up front money telling me that they had people waiting in line for an agent in my county and that I would be the only agent in the area. I have yet to receive a legit lead and they have no leads whatsoever in my area. They tried to send me some leads with no contact info that they pulled up from somewhere? To top it all off, after a couple of weeks, they brought in more realtors to my area. They refuse to refund my money saying it is unrefundable. I am thinking they just wanted somebody to foot their

I was contacted to see if I was interested in receiving leads for free with a 20% referral fee. Once I responded, they told me that if I wanted better leads, I could pay a yearly fee, which I did.
So far the leads have been very bad with low purchase amounts. Price ranges are unheard of in the areas the leads are coming from.
Also, I requested a 15 mile radius and am getting leads from areas that are 50 miles or more.
Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money. I have requested a refund and am waiting on a response.

I was told I would get 100 leads right away and then an additional 50 leads each following month. I have been signed up for 2 months and have 85 leads. Where are the other 65 leads? I have requested them to increase the lead volume for a month now and all I get is empty promises. I requested a manager call me and nothing. I would not recommend this company. They are disorganized and don't follow through with the promised leads once they take your upfront fee. 100% UNSATISFIED! I was also told I would get scheduled appointment leads. I have received 1 of those type of leads in 2 months and it wasn't even a real seller. He sold the home 6 years ago!
