No complaints about the flowers - beautiful. The message card kind of let down the gift package - rumpled and ragged edged with small faint print. I realise that greetings cards were available to buy but I feel that the standard package should of an acceptable standard.

The flowers, chocolates, balloon and vase I ordered for my wife on our anniversary arrived on the day as requested. I was able to track the items.
The flowers were stunning, chocolates very nice and the vase was of a very good quality. I would have no qualms in using them again.

I ordered at 7pm with free next day delivery and the flowers arrived at 9.30am the next day! Loads of choice on the website and the flowers I picked looked lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointed

I ordered flowers and a balloon for my daughter for her birthday from her new born baby girl, got an email saying they had been delivered and they hadnt, the delivery company sent me two photos one of the card that they put through the door and another of a door witch wasnt my daughter door, I was so angry that she didnt receive them and still hasnt, its now two days later and there still investigating it, so pretty pointless now. And I payed extra for delivery before 12, in all fairness its stay to say I wont be making another order

Aunt's funeral 11.30a.m. Basket ordered 5 days before, MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO GET IT RIGHT. FLOWERS ARRIVED 11.25 A.M. LONG AFTER THE HEARSE HAD LEFT FOR THE CREMATORIUM. TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a blue wreath and a sympathy card for a family funeral. I was approached by the funeral director when I arrived to accompany the hearse because the wreath was In such an appalling condition on arrival. It had arrived broken into into four pieces which were held together by being superglued to a piece of corrugated plastic, the whole thing was water damaged and the box was torn and soaked through. The funeral director took photos at my request and I had to rush to get them repaired and replaced at a florist nearby who was equally appalled. I am utterly disgusted that a funeral wreath was delivered in this condition. I would like the name of the florists responsible as well as a full refund and an apology. Utterly disgraceful service.

Avoid like the plague

Ordered a special bunch of flowers for my wife's 10th anniversary. Failed delivery on her special day, no email no phone call was left guessing. After emailing them they came back to say (no apology) that they needed to verify my address almost like they didnt have it. Next day they failed again. IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL OCCASION DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. FAIL FROM START TO FINISH AND LEFT WITH NOTHING ON THE DAY FOR MY WIFE!

Failed 1st delivery, unapologetic, no communication as to why not delivered, when eventually delivered were going brown. Was just told to pick those petals off. I personally would not use them again or recommend them. I couldnt give 0 unfortunately.

Apple Sours - Deluxe

Ordered Apple Sours - Deluxe for my Sisters 65th birthday... well there was nothing deluxe about them!... the flowers looked as if they'd been bought in a supermarket... in fact I'd have got a better bunch with the money I wasted! £26!. Won't be using Serenta again!

Flowers ordered for Mother's birthday so I arranged for delivery on a specific day. They did not arrive. I was told delivery was attempted and a card left but this was not true. My Mum was home all day and listening for the doorbell which did not ring and no card received. They did arrive the following morning but I was very very disappointed with the service. Also the response when I raised this with Seranata was not satisfactory. Unlikely I will use them again.
