I guess you have done a lot of funerals why would my flowers be delivered at 5pm just ridiculously stupid didn't anyone think to deliver them in the morning I'm so angry just as well I live in Australia or I would be there for a refund!

This is the first review I have written for a product or service. I had flowers delivered to my mum with next day service. Every step of the way the company informed me of the progress of my order. More importantly, my mum and her partner were delighted with the flowers.

Rather disappointing

The website photo is lovely. The flowers when they arrived did not look like the photo, and did not include some of the most striking flowers in the photo. I only knew this because the recipient of the gift happened to send me a photo. I am in correspondence with Serenata about this. Service was good and speedy. Pity about the product.

Very competitive quote for an attractive bouquet. We were kept informed of the delivery progress (to an area not covered by another large, well known, service), and the actual delivery time was confirmed. An immediate call from the delighted recipient was icing on the cake.

I looked online at Serenata Flowers and that had a great selection of flowers at reasonable prices. They had also emailed me a discount code which was great. The reviews were helpful when choosing the flowers aswell. It was really easy to place the order online. Once I had ordered them i got an email to say about difficulty delivery to hospitals. I had no idea about this and I feel it would be a good idea to advise of this when you put a hospital address in and before you confirm. It is in the terms and conditions but I hadn't thought to read them when ordering something as simple as flowers. Saying that they emailed me straight away with the potential problem and although it doesn't seem you can call them, it was was to message them online via email and they were prompt and easy to deal with. They rearranged my order with no fuss and were lovely to deal with. I chose the free delivery so they didn't arrive till 3pm but this suited me fine, if you want a guaranteed morning delivery it is an extra cost. They came in a beautiful box and the courier who delivered them was so helpful and very professional with his delivery. The flowers were stunning and great quality and my mum loved them. They were a little smaller than I had expected so next time I would probably order a larger bouquet. I would use Serenata again as I cannot fault them and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Fabulous on line flowers

I plan to use Serenata flowers for all my floral gifts from now on. I have used them twice and have found them not only to be very reasonably priced but they literally deliver the goods! The bouquets received by my friend and sister were both reportedly absolutely lovely.

Order a large bouquet for my anniversary, the service was great from start to finish however when the flower arrived the next day, half of them had serious damage to most of the leaves and looked like they may be end of life. The site says 7 days guaranteed but I doubt mine will last that. The accompanying card is also the size of a full greetings card which just seemed out of place as it's still printed on fairly average paper.

Ordered a funeral basket of lilies and white roses. The lilies had not had the stamens removed and they stained the lilies and other flowers. The condolence card was huge - the size of a full greeting card - it was totally out of place, size and picture wise - but this was the only choice.

Passed the test of experience. If my 92 year old Aunt says thay are lovely, they are lovely! Delivered as promised and nice and fresh. Thanks for cheering up her day after a spell in hospital. (Think the discount price is more realistic than the 'actual' price).
