Flowers did not arrive on the day and they are now supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I am very disappointed about this I wonder if I had not rang up to find out why they had not arrived would they have picked up on it. I won't be using them again one very disappointed customer.

I have to say my first review of this company was negative, however, reviews should also include how a company responds with any complaints. I contacted Serenata Flowers through Facebook, difficulty contacting them on their website. They dealt with my issue promptly, which was as a result of the courier delivering the flowers to the wrong address, and I didn't get them until several days later. Serenata Flowers reimbursed me fully, and I was allowed to keep the flowers. Happy customer, and it restored my faith in them. Will use them again in the future.
I don't know if it was to do with the company, or courier, but I didn't receive my flowers. I needed them for a birthday party for my future sister-in-law, whom I never met before, and I ended up going to her party empty handed :( still waiting to be reimbursed.
Needed next day delivery but didn't know until late on Sunday... flowers arrived promptly and new Mum, Dad and Grandma were delighted with them and the teddy for their new arrival.
Had a technical hitch while trying to order and the company emailed a discount code to compensate, as I didn't see it until I had placed the order I contacted to ask if it could still be applied and it was! No questions or fuss great customer service! Would recommend and use again!

Some of the roses were dying upon delivery, not what you expect when you put an order in with plenty of notice and pay good money, however it was delivered on time

I ordered some flowers late Saturday afternoon to be delivered to my recently berieved aunt. They were delivered early Sunday afternoon at the appointed time, and she was delighted with the arrangement that arrived. I will definitely be using this service again

I needed white roses for next day delivery. No websites could do this at short notice. However Serenata Flowers did offer yellow roses for next day, so I ordered them. The notifications about despatch and delivery were excellent.
Sadly the flowers turned out to be dark red roses, bit disappointed but the mother-in-law loved them all the same.
The flowers I ordered for my Gran on the death of my Granda lasted no more than five days before they went brown. Supermarket flowers lasted longer and cost significantly less.
I dont suppose anyone will bother to get in contact - theyve had my money now. But I wont be ordering anything else from them.
