I cant fault delivery. They were delivered early on the correct day. They were a congratulations gift for my sons girlfriend so I asked them to send a picture when they arrived. (We live exact opposites of the UK) The flowers very very pretty and were as I had ordered but I was deeply disappointed at how few there were. Thought the charge of £2.99 for a gift card was extremely steep. As they state free delivery I honestly thought that there would be more stems for £25 (£27.98 inc card) I know I could of bought the equivalent for about £8 from any supermarket. I should of ordered some with a bottle of fizz from Tesco or Sainsburys and had them delivered thinking about it now. It would of been cheaper. You live and learn. Wont be using the company again.
I sent a best friend some flowers and a teddy. The contense was in great condition and she loved them but the box was damaged with a massive hole in it.

I ordered a sympathy bouquet, it was delivered 1 day late. I found this out for myself via the tracker nobody contacted me to explain. Then the bouquet was not as ordered. They offered to refund me about £6 which quite frankly is an insult. I would not recommend them at all.
Poor service, I had purchased flowers for delivery on Thursday. They had gave me a time slot for Friday. On Friday evening I contacted them, they emailed me back they will look into it. I had no other reply. Therefore I asked for refund if they couldn't deliver Saturday. So they authorised refund which will take 5 days.

Purchased yellow orange lilys with orange red roses. 1 day later the roses are drooping and dying tried to get redelivery through website but it kept crashing saying details were wrong

I sent a bouquet to my sister. She was delighted with her flowers and vase and I was delighted with the service and price. I cannot praise this Company enough, put simply, it is the Best.
This is the first time I have used this company and it is the last. Order arrived quiet late and flowers passed their best. As I had ordered one of the more expensive arrangements together with chocolates for my daughter, I was upset to hear her comments on how late it was when the flowers arrived and also on their condition. So much for the company guarantee on the life of their flowers as they were binned within a short time of arriving. I will not be using this company again.
