The flowers arrived after my mothers funeral which obviously was a difficult emotional day, this caused more upset. I ordered the flowers a week before the funeral giving the time and date, so plenty of time for the flowers to arrive for the funeral. The funeral director kindly sent me a photograph of the flowers which were nothing like the one on the web site. I am very disappointed and will not use this service again
Ordered Flowers, Ballon, Teddy and Vase for parents of new baby boy. The bouquet I picked had some voilet or blue but the bouquet delivered had just white and green. The Vase was broken when delivered. I complained about Vase and the cost of Vase has been refunded.

Beautiful flowers for the first anniversary of the bereavement of my daughter in law's mother. I paid for a morning delivery so that she would receive them before work. The delivery was so late that it ruined the sentiment of the day. I appreciate that I have been promised a refund of the delivery charge but delivery was awful.
Whilst the flowers had the desired effect for the person i bought them for, i was disappointed with the size/quality that i got for the price i paid. The bouquet itself was pretty enough, but they did look like they had been bought from a garage forecourt at the end of the end of a busy day! I also received the email saying they were out for delivery at 08:50 and they didnt arrive until mid afternoon, so this may have affected the quality? If i had gone into a shop and seen the bouquet that was delivered, i wouldnt have bought it im afraid!
