My step daughter was delighted with her new home flowers. Photos look lovely too and we never have an issue with the quality of Seranata and use a lot. Also if ever a problem they rectify very quickly.

Flowers for Daughter

Ordered flowers for my daughter and son in law who have just found out they are expecting a baby girl. Ordered flowers at just before 10 p.m. and they were delivered by 1. P.m. The following day. Can't fault the customer service. Flowers are still opening so willl probably look better when fully opened. This was my first order with serenata and I would be happy to use them again

Great service and recipient happy. Ordered the striking blue flowers and they did look the same as picture. Only wee thing was that there was not that many stems. Would use again.

I order from Norway, flower to a friend in England. Somewhere in the registration I had to put a phone number, can't remember if it was my friend in England or mine i Norway. I expect them to call either or us if there was a problem with delivery, but that was not done. I only go a mail with info about problems with delivery an was only given the choice to answer in pre written centenes. The end of the story was - they took my money but did not deliver the flowers, due to a minor mistake in the adress:-( WHY DID THEY NOT CALL?

Always dependable

I have used Serenata to deliver flowers for birthdays and other occasions, and they always look lovely, are nicely arranged, and are delivered precisely as planned. Even when my sister wasn't in last week to receive them, they were left with a neighbour and she was delighted. Maybe the gushy emails could be toned down a bit, haha, but the flowers themselves are always beautiful.

I ordered a flower bouquet for a friends' 40th birthday. She said it looks pretty. It was delivered end of the day and was left at door step. It would have stayed there over night if I wanted to surprise her... LEAVE AT DOORSTEP was the instruction I left for delivery, I hope you can add an option to instruct knocking the door first, then do whatever (leave in the shed/ at the back/ at the door step). I thought it is common sense to follow the instruction if there is no one in...
