A picture can paint a thousand words Our Granddaughter Grace received her first rose plant. From us both as an extra Birthday present from yourselves Her words Oh SOOOOOOOOOOO. ... cannot say what the flowers are like as they have not been delivered yet - 4 days late and no apology. The company are poor at communication. I will never use again and would not recommend.

Pleased with the service regarding choice of flowers offered and timely delivery of them with only problem being the failure online of the 15% discount offer to friends introduced when using the service. The friend was unable to obtain the 15% discount using the Code provided even after repeated attempts clearly a problem with the website in this regard.

Thrilled that flowers arrived next day and looked exactly like the photo. Disappointed that you had to pay £2.99 for a card otherwise would have been 5* but certainly 5* for speed and product. Thanks, cheered up my poorly mum.

Disappointing!

Paid extra for guaranteed morning delivery & they weren't delivered until late afternoon. Ordered deluxe level of flowers and they were puny. Flowers were in a piece of oasis that was too big to fit in the vase. The flowers were not even in the vase! My 90 year-old mother shouldn't have to arrange the flowers in the vase herself! Very poor service, value, and quality.

Had some trouble but not with this company, just the courier. I had to deal with their customer service and it was top notch! Went above and beyond to make me happy! I would definitely order from these people again. Cant give 10 stars or I would. Thank you
