I ordered Christmas flowers for 2 different recipients, both to be delivered on 23rd December. For one, I received a lovely email saying that they had been delivered to the requested address. In fact, they had been delivered to the wrong address... once the incorrect recipient realised the mistake, they took them to my friend but not until the next day.
This case was better than the second order ----- I received an email to say that my goods had been damaged by the courier, therefore not delivered. I was asked to request an alternative delivery date or a refund. Obviously, this was a Christmas gift so I requested delivery the next day (24th) only to be told, by email, that this was not possible! I ended up having to ruin the surprise & inform the recipient that their gift was not arriving for Christmas but on 27th. I was so disappointed so asked if a small compensatory gift might be added for the recipient as an apology from them. This request was totally ignored & not even mentioned in an email from Serenata.
Surely, if an item is damaged (I assume the vase may have been broken) then an automatic replacement should be made instantly & automatically, then delivered ASAP. This is how I would operate a business.
Have ordered from this site on many occasions and friends /family, everyone of them has said how beautiful the flowers are and that they have lasted longer than any others they have received from other shops /sites. Very good value for money and updates from ordering to delivering, cannot fault at all.

My sister and I ordered two different lots of flowers for our Mum for Christmas. We placed an order for Grandissimo flowers- what a joke. The basket of flowers costing £40 was tiny and most of the flowers were dead or dying. The large bouquet of flowers contained roses all of which had brown petals. The flowers came with no message and were delivered by Yahoo but the web site said DPD would deliver them. They were dumped on the doorstep and not handed to our elderly disabled Mum despite requesting with the order that the delivery company needed to be patient in order to allow her to reach the door. This all happened on Christmas Eve and apart from feeling terrible that the flowers we ordered were not as described, they were also dead which raised my blood pressure enormously. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Although I was impressed with the timing of the delivery and my previous delivery was excellent. The flowers had unfortunately fallen over in the box and my Sister-in-Law had to put them back together again.
2 orders 1didnot turn up and the other came but looked like it had been pick of floor from leftovers company not interested that have the money for them keep sending messages but never get a reply

I live in Florida and wanted to send gift to my brother and his wife who live in a tiny town in Dorset. The town florist did not have a delivery available before Christmas. Finally I found this service I had used last year and not bookmarked and no problem to get these flowers to this remote place on earth before Christmas Day (I ordered on the 23rd) I am told the flowers are very pretty
We don't often see our Daughter and son in law over the Christmas period, so we decided this year to send flowers for Christmas Eve delivery. Looking on the web the arrangement we chose was the best we saw from all the on line Companies but never having used this company before we kept our fingers crossed. Next time we have to send flowers anywhere this is the first site we shall visit. I sent these flowers for Xmas to my mum, she rang to thank me for them but informed me they were not a patch on another company i usualy use, the box was damaged, and she was not impressed with the flowers i informed the delivery to knock hard on the door and wait they just put the flowers around the bin and a card through the front door
Overall very dissapointed by after mums feedback will not use Serenata Flowers again

Not sure what exactly happened, got to wait for investigation. Flowers were meant for my wife for Christmas, had to nip round to Aldi instead, a lot cheaper, very nice, and wife had them in time for Christmas.
Firstly may I say the notification email you sent confirming delivery was by far the best email I have ever reviewed it made me smile and was a great customer touch! I ordered the flowers 6pm 23rd they were delivered xmas eve and were beautiful I can not thank you or praise your service enough! WELL DONE you have my business from on thank you
