I ordered flowers on line very close to Christmas, yet they were delivered on time, the display was beautifully done and the quality of the flowers was excellent. The recipient was delighted with them. The ordering process is very easy and they were good at keeping me up to date on progress.

Flowers arrived wilted

I ordered these flowers online and they looked beautiful, however when they arrived the flowers were wilted and the petals on the roses had already turned brown. Very dissappointed with the quality. Will not be using this service again.

Very Dissapointed

I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for a family member that had had a bereavement, I paid £52 for it and what was received certainly wasn't worth half of that.
It was totally different to the original order and half dead. I contacted Serenta Flowers who assured me that the photo I sent would be forwarded to their partner florist and they would email as soon as the florist had responded. Having heard nothing I emailed Serenta flowers and as of yet have had no reply.
I would never use this company again, the customer support is rubbish and I feel totally let down by them, in my opinion it's a lottery of whether you get what you order or rubbish

The flowers were for my wife, but needed to be here before noon so I ordered a before 10:30 delivery to be safe. The flowers arrived around nine, on a neat box and in perfect condition. The blooms were well presented and two days later flowers are still opening. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

I was disappointed not to be able to add to the text of the card which was to go to the recipient with the flowers only a short time after ordering on line. I had omitted my name as the sender and was told the order was already with the dispatcher and couldn't be altered. This was the night before despatch so there WAS plenty of time to alert the flower shop. AS FAR AS I know the flowers were OK

Superb service

Web site very easy to use. The flowers were delivered next day and were exactly as stated. Will definitely use again. There were plenty of flowers to choose from and at reasonable prices. I was kept informed as it was easy to track the flowers.

Flowers are lovely but I paid for the special delivery to arrive before 10.30am but the flowers arrived after which meant my daughter never got them on time. I was very disappointed. Shame or would have been 5 stars.

I am so impressed by this service. It was easy and quick to order. The flowers arrived early the next morning and I was sent email updates with the progress of the delivery. My friend thought that they were absolutely beautiful. Excellent value for money. I will be back. It is nice to find a company that does what they say that they will do. Well done to all involved.

Ordered funeral flowers which arrived too late for the funeral despite giving the date and time of the funeral! At the top of the web page for funeral flowers it says free next day delivery. I ordered the flowers in plenty of time. As I had read free next day delivery and as part of the order process asked for date and time of the funeral I didnt scroll down past the flower arrangements to read the small print about ordering delivery for the day before (something I have never had to do before with other websites). I was also very disappointed with the response I got afterwards which did not take into account the upset this has caused for my family. I would therefore NOT RECOMMEND this website to anyone.

Slightly disappointed!

Ordered a bouquet for a dear friend who had suffered a close family bereavement. I chose the Minuet arrangement from the "sympathy" section online. I particularly chose this bouquet due to the subtle colours. When the receipient sent me a photograph, I was surprised to see that it was a lot more colourful than it appeared online. The gerbera's were bright orange instead of a light peach as it appeared online. In a nutshell, what I ordered was not what was received in my opinion. That said, I was kept informed regarding the progress of my order until delivery.
