We are English and we live in France. We wanted to send some flowers to a friend of ours for her 90th Birthday, which was on New Years Eve, a Sunday and we had difficulty finding a company that would deliver to her address on that day. She tells us that the flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful. Delivery was free and we are very pleased. We looked at lots of different firms and Serenata Flowers gave us good value for our money, deliver free and deliver on Sundays, which is exactly what we wanted. Good Work! Well Done.
Flowers were delivered on time, I did not actually see the flowers as they were a gift but the recipient was very pleased with them. When I saw her six days later she said they were as fresh today as the day were they were delivered.

Hi - the delivery took over 5 days to be delivered and within 3 hours, the product was dead - the customer service was prompt in saying this was due to the weather, but still - waste of money.
I placed 3 orders for 4 Christmas Hampers as the website said order now and get it by tomorrow.
1 order was a pre10 that didn't turn up till 11:00 the other order was for 2 hampers to be delivered to the same address and only 1 hamper was delivered. When trying to get hold of the company I found it extremely difficult to contact them as they don`t have a direct line. When I got hold of them they told me that they couldn't see on there website that I had ordered 2 hampers and that I needed to send them my confirmation to prove that I had ordered 2 hampers not 1. I was then expecting the company to apologizes and say we will get that out to you now for tomorrow delivery or something like that, but NO I was refunded and told if I want it I need to place a new order. I wouldn't use this company ever again the customer service is poor the website is poor and the delivery service is poor.

I had an email to say "failed delivery" when I clicked the link it said extreme weather but the courier had left a card to get them re-delivered. I questioned why they left a card but couldn't deliver the flowers? This was never answered. I said if the flowers couldn't be delivered that day (her 50th birthday) then I wanted them delivering another day. I got an automatic response stating I wasn't entitled to a refund as it was "extreme weather out of their control and they would not try to re deliver" I never asked for a refund, just another delivery date. Again I questioned how they say they left a calling card but no flowers - they never left a card by the way as my friend was a home all day.
The company still hasn't answered.

I have been to trading standards and sought advice from the CAB. I am awaiting a response from Serenata STILL.
Flowers were wilted, roses were dying could have bought these flowers from a supermarket for under £5 if they were fresh, which they were not. My mum was disgusted with them. I am hoping for a refund as these flowers cost £25. Would not use this service again
Ordered flowers 5 days in advance and was kept informed all through the process. Recipient was very pleased with them and I would order again without hesitation.
I was able to select between 3 different sized arrangements and felt I got excellent quality in a beautiful display for a great price. I liked the updates which told me when the order had been despatched and also when they had been delivered. I would use Serenta flowers again in the future and not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
