Firstly I will say that the flowers looked quite fresh and arrived on time. End of positives. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to me so I could hand a beautiful bouquet to my mother-in-law and it wouldn't look like I'd rushed in to a supermarket and grabbed the first bunch I came to. Unfortunately it looked just like that. They were poorly presented, wrapped only in cellophane exactly as supermarket flowers are presented, except I'd paid £25 for the privilege of doorstep delivery. I was embarrassed handing them over. Oh and the bouquet my son-in-law gave me from Sainsbury's was twice the size, a third of the price and 100% nicer. Won't use again.
This was a beautifully executed half around the world, delivery of lovely flowers. Just as if by magic, all went so well I now have another option to sending a package in the mail! Definitely I will try this again! Thank you to Serenatal Flowers and all who made this happen.

Quality of flowers was terrible and when I complained they said that the quality was ok from the photo I sent! The flowers were falling apart and it completely ruined Christmas for my girlfriend, and yet they didnt seem to care and argued that the quality was fine. Will never use again.
I am happy with the flowers and the balloon but when they were delivered the courier that delivered them just knock on the front door and left the box on the door step and had drove away before we had even opened the door

I ordered flowers for a very ill relative who was in hospital over Christmas. I was told the delivery failed as they could not gain access th the property (?!)... then it was that the post room that may not have been open due to it being Christmas. They said theyd try again and I said Id rather have them delivered to a secondary address. I was told it would be 48 hours. Not great, but understandable. 47 hours later... Im in the US... I checked to asked if theyd arrived and I was told that I may not be aware that the 25th and 26th are holidays here. I am, Im Scottish, but I also dont tell lies and dont expect to be told them. When someone says 48 hours I believe them... why wouldnt I? So, here we are waiting for an arrangement to be delivered and it will be a minimum of four days old when and if it gets there. Ive been informed several times that its in the policy that hospital deliveries are non refundable if undelivered. Ive never asked for a refund... I asked for a cancellation or a fresh bouquet, not a four day old one. The money means nothing to me, what does matter is that it wasnt delivered in either of the time frames stated. It wasnt clearly stated on my order that hospitals were difficult to deliver to and the consequences of non delivery... despite the word hospital in the address.
Is it too much to ask that a company clearly points out a problem in delivering to a hospital when they see thats where the order is going? Wouldnt that save trouble for them, the delivery company and the customer? My advice to anyone wishing to send birth congratulations, get well soon wishes or any other situation that merits flowers and is going to a hospital, please dont use this company. Save your money and send something else, or do as Im going to do now, donate money to a cause close to your heart or to a cause concerned with the ailment of your friend or relative. At least some good will come out of tgat instead of a feeling of frustration and wasted time.

I left ordering some flowers for a gift a little to close to the wire regarding time frames. After being told by a few other popular names it couldnt be done I stumbled across serenata flowers. I wish Id have known about you guys sooner! If you need flowers and fantastic service. Look no further! A+
This company appear efficient but their couriers are hopeless and cannot distinguish from one address or another. If they find the correct address then you are lucky.
My order was left at a nearby empty house despite the recipient being present all morning at the proposed address.
Ordered flowers for delivery Xmas eve. Special instructions on order "knock hard". Delivery driver didn't knock at all and just left them on the doorstep. I had to ring my mother to see if anything had been delivered 4hrs after receiving an email saying they were delivered. She went to the door to check and found them which ruined the surprise.

Ordering and delivery was great for christmas eve couldn't fault that. Was a early present for my Granny for her birthday (Boxing day) They are starting to die after 2 days very disappointed in this. For the price you pay they should last longer! Could buy ones in supermarket that last longer. Wouldnt buy again...
