Review of flowers

I thought yhe service was good and the site easy to use, I was slightly disappointed when my friend sent photos of the flowers on the day they were delivered, the roses already had Brown outer leaves and were well opened. The website states that the flowers would be in bud. I felt the roses looked already past their best.

I ordered flowers on a Saturday morning, and the website promised Same Day delivery.
However, I received an email at 6pm informing me that it was not possible to fulfil my order 'due to limited availability'.
Due to their very late communication, it was too late to organise flowers to be delivered by another supplier.
I will not be using them again.

Serenata Flowers

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with Serenata flowers.
Serenata flowers state on their site that if you order before 10pm- you have free next day delivery, for me that was not the case.
I ordered some sympathy flowers for my friend as a family member of hers passed away. I knew that she would be home on her own the following day and couldn't comfort her as I was working so I decided that it would cheer her up to send her some flowers. Sadly they didn't arrive that day, and arrived the following day- when I was there with her which I found really frustrating as I could have just bought her some flowers and given them to her personally, which would have been a lot cheaper! Secondly I found it really embarrassing and had to explain to her that they were supposed to have been delivered the day before. I won't be using this company again.

I ordered the pink lilies and a little birthday cake for an elderly relative. Flowers delivered on day. Flowers lovely strong smell and relative delighted states best lilies she has had. will order from again.

I ordered engagement flowers for delivery to an office building which when asked any special requirements I asked be patient attempted delivery (apparently) at around 2pm when 70 people were there at the time and failed delivery the building has a buzzer that works and slot of people there!
No way to speak to a human being was told I would get a response in 48 hours which is today and never have done and refused to be given a refund aswell!
This was the 2nd time I had used this company and the first time was no problem at all!
Completely disgusting service and have told all my friends, family not to use you at all!

Ok, nice flowers

Quick delivery as promised, ordered 7 Lillie's.
Lillie's seemed very nice and good quality, but I have to say £25 seems a bit expensive, I don't know what I expected but it literally was 7 Lillie's in wrapping.

Abysmal

Avoid this company at all costs. Accepted order and 3 days on have still not delivered and keep telling me theres an adverse weather clause and basically too bad its my responsibility to check the weather before I place an order. Their site is still taking orders despite me repeatedly saying they should have some sort of warning that they are experiencing difficulties. Effectively taken my money and refusing to refund.

Left in the dark a bit!

Website was good and user friendly. Having same day delivery in the area was great as thats what we needed. Looked good on website and recipient was delighted; flowers also looked very nice in photo she sent us when received. Only -ve was we were not notified when flowers were delivered as was indicated when order made. So left in dark not knowing if and when they were delivered until recipient contacted us next day to thank us.
Apart from that all very good.

I wanted to send flowers from Australia to a dear friend in Penzance. I tried Interflora but they had to decline as they don't have a local agent. I found Serenata on line. The flowers were delivered on the specified day and my friend is delighted with the selection. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Extremely disappointed.

I ordered the flowers for my mum's 89th birthday. Unfortunately when she went to arrange the flowers, she found that she had 4 white roses (which have already turned brown), 3 disheartening and 16 sprays of greenery. She has been left upset and quite disappointed. I feel that for the money that I paid that this was an extremely poor bouquet of flowers and this left my mum feeling uncomfortable to have to speak to Melbourne poor quality. A good website and easy ordering service. They weren't able to be at all specific about any times for delivery, which is fine, but the flowers were left on the doorstep for several hours before my mother saw them (she was in all day) when opening the door in the evening. By that time the box had been tampered with by someone, luckily flowers were ok.

I had never used you before but read the write ups on your website. The flowers I ordered were for a colleague who had taken retirement and we didn't get the chance to say goodbye. She called to say she arrived home on the day I was advised they would be delivered and they were absolutely beautiful and the smell was just unbelievable. I will certainly recommend Serenata Flowers for the value for money, the easy way to order and the prompt delivery service

The flowers arrived ok BUT you did not include my message saying who they were from and who they were for. The included bear went to the wrong child. Great! So - a complete waste of time and money until I saw the recipient 5 days later. When it was too late. Awful. What a terrible omission.
