My friend was really surprised by the delivery on the exact date. Reasonable price and nicely done. I was informed about the delivery in a very flowerish way and am completely satisfied.

Easy ordering process. Quick and professional delivery. Reasonable prices. Somewhat disappointed with the flowers though. Very unlike the photo on web site. A ton of greenery but very few flowers

I was charged twice in error, but they did respond quickly to my complaint and refunded the second payment, although I don't understand why in the days of online banking I had to wait three days for a refund. My payment left my account in one second flat, so my refund should have arrived in the same time. The flowers were nice, but I expected more for my money.

Ordered roses for Valentine's day needed to change address due to illness two days before unable to do so. You can't speak to customer services all done via email. I have used them several times before and being very happy won't be using them again

I ordered the double upgrade but was completely underwhelmed by what came for that price. Delivery was on the day stated but closer to 5pm. I was wondering if the birthday flowers would ever arrive.

Lovely flowers, Delivered safely, packed to prevent damage in transit and lasted well over a week. Very satisfied with all concerned

Easy to place order, good value for money especially with my discount ended up buying the largest bouquet. Delivered on time will be using again.

Very good service. Kept me well informed throughout the day. However the flowers were a great disappointment. They looked nothing like the photo that I ordered from and not the bouquet I expected.

The flowers got where they needed to be and on time. My cousin was thrilled with the surprise thank you we sent her. I overpaid by mistake and didn't know until you got in touch and informed me that you had sorted it out and refunded my payment. Thank you.

The delivery was great, came within the 12 hour time slot. The disappointing moment was the end product, the flowers were damaged along with packaging. They were delivered in a box, this probably did not help as it seemed to be what damages the flowers.

Overall this was a disappointing experience, I will not be ordering through Serenata again.

These were a gift for a guest's birthday and I have to say 2nd time we have ordered and did not fail to impress, arrived as requested ( Sunday Delivery) very well packaged and our guest was over the moon Thank you

Delivered looked good. Although had plenty clean water and considering what I paid I would expect at least to last seven days minimum. They were bought and delivered on 14th, had to thrown out on 18th. So unhappy wife and disappointed husband.

Awful. Missed 3 flowers off my bouquet failed to accept responsibility for it.

Flowers look like something from a petrol station. Will NEVER use again.

I live in Australia and wanted to send my friend in the UK some flowers as she had just lost her father. She received lovely flowers 2 days after placing my order. Great service and the photo she sent me of the flowers were just like the photo on line.
Thanks she was a happy bunny.

The flowers where delayed by 2days, but asides that it was lovely. The flowers were fresh n lovely, my spouse loved it, thanks Lot

Delivered almost with the post did just what was asked for would definitely use again. Price was great and the recipient was delighted made her day.
