I went back and forth with email they did not take responsibility for their action and told me to place another order and theyll give me a discount. Why would I pay again? The delivery was great, came within the 12 hour time slot. The disappointing moment was the end product, the flowers were damaged along with packaging. They were delivered in a box, this probably did not help as it seemed to be what damages the flowers.
Overall this was a disappointing experience, I will not be ordering through Serenata again.

Delivered looked good. Although had plenty clean water and considering what I paid I would expect at least to last seven days minimum. They were bought and delivered on 14th, had to thrown out on 18th. So unhappy wife and disappointed husband.

I live in Australia and wanted to send my friend in the UK some flowers as she had just lost her father. She received lovely flowers 2 days after placing my order. Great service and the photo she sent me of the flowers were just like the photo on line.

Delivered almost with the post did just what was asked for would definitely use again. Price was great and the recipient was delighted made her day.
They promised much but delivered rather less unfortunately. My complaints:
1. I ordered a red vase, but got a clear one and that was badly smashed on arrival.
2. One of the flowers was a twig.
3. The delivery (Valentines Day) was very late.
Any one of these might have been acceptable, thats life and all that, but taken together they were a disappointment.
On the plus side, the flowers were nice and they instantly refunded the price of the vase, but overall I cant say I was impressed. Ill be sticking with a local florist in future.
