Ordered these flowers for a funeral. The flowers were lovely, all in bud waiting to bloom.The delivery was a bit of a let down. The courier tried to deliver to the wrong house, but it was fortunate that I noticed the van and went out to investigate. Also the card we purchased with the flowers was of poor quality, thin card, crumpled and with the company advertising on the reverse.
Was disappointed in the bouquet that was delivered, was rather basic and feel I couldve got the same from a supermarket for half the price! On the plus side was easy to order and delivered swiftly.
Couldnt fault the service at all, very accommodating and couldnt do enough to help, only problem was the flowers wasnt very noce and some were already dying which was a disappointment.

I ordered the twilight bouquet. Roses were supposed to be yellow but all petal tips were brown. Took photos and followed complaint procedure. Was told outer petals were guard petals and had to be removed and more photos sent. Guard petals? Buds were clearly Brown all the way through. Never use again. Disgusted.

I ordered boquet of flowers for my cousins birthday on Sunday evening. Simple process bought and paid for in minutes. Arrived on Tuesday as requested. Cousin very happy. Will use them again.
I have used this company several times and was quite happy with them. However, it all changed on my last order. I couldn't see in the payment page that I was paying for two bouquets when I only wanted one. I thought I had deleted the other one. So I filled in my credit card details and once the payment had been confirmed I realised that I had paid twice what I was expecting. I immediately sent them an E-mail to correct this and tried to get their telephone number which was not available anywhere. I later got an e-mail explaining the following:
1. That the flowers were already packed and they could not make the changes. However, I had e-mailed them immediately plus the flowers were still on-site when they replied.
2. They dismissed my request to have a manager call me as they only reply via e-mail. As if one of the managers doesn't have a phone that they could use.
After several e-mails they didn't provide a good enough reason plus I felt they just brushed me off despite me telling them they were loosing a customer. So I will not use them again for bad service.
My fiance recently paid £49.99 plus delivery for a Valentine bouquet. On delivery, the roses were wilting and turning brown, the freesia were completely open and also wilting, the lithsiums were wilting and flowered heads were missing from the stems, the only ONE fresh flower was a lily, which was still in bud! Quite an expensive lily at £49.99, the rest of the bouquet was thrown away!
