Ordered my mum's Mother's day flowers on Friday afternoon with delivery booked for Saturday. Although I received a delivery notification on Saturday they weren't delivered then My mum was extremely disappointed. The flower eventually turned up on Sunday morning, left on the door step even though everyone was in the house & all the blinds were open. Nice enough flowers & my mum was pleased to get them but not sure I'll use them again.

I paid extra money to get the grandíssimo (the biggest size) and when I open the box and I saw the flowers thats for me looks like the small (standard) bouquet. I wasnt happy because I was expecting something bigger.
I dont know either they send the wrong size or if this is the actually biggest size they make. For that value of money I pay on the bouquet I could get a bigger size in any other shop.

The delivery driver turned up to my grandmothers address... only to say that he didnt have her flowers on the van but told her not to worry as the other driver would have them along shortly and they were guaranteed to arrive before 8pm. Its now the next day and still no flowers. What a way to ruin someones mothers day!

Mother's day flowers - delivered to the house next door, and weren't what I was expecting going from the picture on the website. As other people have said I understand that the buds for lillies are closed, but it just looked a lot less impressive and there were just a lot less flowers than I expected.

Considering how much these cost, I think I would have got much better value purchasing from a supermarket! Very few flowers in bunch and most already looked a little past their best. Very disappointing :(

Used SerenataFlowers when I realised on Saturday afternoon that I hadn't done anything about Mother's Day the following day. Found them on Google - very efficient, easy to book, good value, easy add-ons, and, most importantly, my mother loves the flowers. My only minor gripe is that, having put on the delivery instructions "Be patient", by the time my mother opened the door, the courier was nowhere to be seen and had just left the flowers on the doorstep. Not a big deal, as my parents house is secluded and no-one else would have seen the package, but not what I had asked the courier to do. However, overall I am very pleased with the service.
