I have used this company 13 times but last week there was a mess up with 2 orders being placed. Let me expain... ordered flowers on line which cost £29.99. I didn't get a confirmation email and no money was taken from my bank. I checked ny account with serenata and no order was logged. I placed another order for same flowers and received confirmation straight way. Happy days you'd think! No no no as they delivered 2 lots of dame order with different messages to my mother! Charged twice! You can't contact these via telephone only via a firm online! I sent 2 forms with no response! I threatened to leave a poor review if no one responded within 48hrs and guess what... i get a response within minuttes! They told me no refund for 1 of the orders as I'd put wrong email address on 1st order! It didn't log in my account as wrong email address! Why didn't email address cross reference with one on My account... why didn't 1st order show up in account as went through website to place this order! This was their response!

Ordered flowers at 6pm and delivered next day at 12noon. Recipient really pleased with flowers. Great service will use again.

Ordered flowers last minute on the 13th of February... they were delivered for mid day on valentines day!
I ordered birthday flowers online on Tuesday 26th October.
The website GAVE the option for delivery next day on Wednesday 27th October.
I was told during the day on Wednesday at different times that they were with the courier and due to be delivered.
The customer service agents continued to tell me they would be delivered by 9pm.
THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED.
Today - Thursday 28th October- I now find out that they have only just been dispatched today and were not even dispatched yesterday as i was told! So everyone just lied to me.
They refuse to give me a refund, even when they have been unable to deliver when a customer requests and PAYS for it.
Disgusting service, i am appalled and will never use them gain and ensure everyone i know never uses them either.
I am disgusted they have the audacity to lie so blatantly to customers, take my money for a service, not provide that service then refuse to refund me when they are UNABLE to provide that paid for service. What sort of a business is that?
I hope one day staff at Serenata receive the same service i have from them, then they might understand how disgraceful what they have done is.
Great service, beautiful flowers and fast delivery and great at providing information on delivery etc. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.
