Flowers ordered for the much awaited arrival of first grandchild, so I wanted them to be special. Some of the stems were broken and rotten and the flowers were of the quality that I would expect to pick up from my local garage. On the plus side the company agreed to refunded my money very quickly

PATHETIC!

Ordered the flowers in good faith for my wife's birthday surprise.
Got a message at 09.00 on the due day to tell me that they had been despatched and would arrive between 12.10 and 13.10. Flowers didn't arrive but got a message at 15.30 to say that the package had been left in the porch as instructed by me. What a joke!
That was 2 days ago but it gets better:
Got the same message again this morning to say that the flowers were due to arrive at a similar time today. Guess what, it's now 14.30 and the flowers haven't arrived.
You can't speak to anyone as all messaging is done on line. Potentially, I might get a refund but that's not the point. I specifically ordered the flowers because they could be delivered on Sunday 27 August but this company has let me down badly.
Would I use them or recommend them:

MIL loved the flowers

Bought 'Freya' plus a mini birthday balloon, cost £37. Would have preferred card included for that price. Flowers were a big hit, not just the gesture, but the content of the bouquet. Immediately after placing the order (within the minute) I tried to adjust the delivery time, but the system informed me it was already to late to change it. They were delivered around 3pm in the end, which was fine. 5pm onwards would not have been fine, though.

Flowers were just ok

I was at my friends when she opened her flowers. I was embarrassed... looked like they'd been thrown together, roses had brown petals & other flower had mouldy on... I was disappointed as I have used seranata for work colleagues. Ordering delivery & communication is excellent but end result didn't brighten mine or my friends day.

Die Blumen waren, seien wir ehrlich, verhältnismäßig teuer. Aber der Service war auch entsprechend gut. Die Blumen wurden rechtzeitig und in guter Verpackung (auch im guten Zustand) ausgeliefert, ich wurde konstant auf dem Laufenden gehalten - so gehört sich das eigentlich, und so hat SerenataFlowers gehandelt. Top Empfehlung!

I'm always wary of ordering flowers, having been let down by Next and M&S due to the couriers they use. I ordered online and had to contact the shop on Facebook as I'd made an error. This was rectified within 30 minutes! The flowers arrived nice and early on the specified day, I had an email confirming this, my mum was delighted with them. I will always use Serenata in future, the best florist I have used.

A great choice available at affordable prices. Service provided was exceptional. I was informed by text the minute the flowers were loaded onto the delivery van and again when they were delivered to the recipient. I am told the flowers were very well presented and really beautiful. What more can you ask for?! Thoroughly delighted.

Bought a beautiful bouquet at discounted cost for a very dear friend. I've used this site before so knew they would be good but these were exemplary. Never disappointing & are always my first choice & I send a lot of flowers. Fabulous.

Flowers for my friends 60th Birthday, delivered on time to a neighbour as she was in France. Text to thank me for the beautiful yellow roses?!. My order was a large Peace bouquet which was a completely white arrangement. Contacted the company on the day of delivery and no response almost 3 days later. Will definatley not use this company again
