I'm from Brazil and my sister was in Bournemouth. I searched the internet for a flower shop and found SerenataFlowers. First, I was apprehensive, but the great service gave me security. She received the flowers and loved it! I recommend it to everyone!
I sent some flowers to my daughter at work for her birthday. They arrived on time and she was very happy with them. She told me that they smelt wonderful & sent me a picture of what they looked like. They looked very fresh and just like the picture advertised. I would use them again, however my only criticism is you have to purchase a card to let the recipient know who they are from when as far as I know other companies when you order flowers let you fill out a complimentary small card and put a small message on there. I had already sent a birthday card previously so I didn't see the point in more expense in sending another.
I found it easy to place my order. I was kept informed of the progress of the order and delivery confirmed. The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked like the picture on the website. Very satisfied.
Sent my mum some lovely flowers and they turned up dry and browning. I certainly wouldn't have bought those in the shop - they should've been thrown away but no they were delivered for the princely sum of £25. I let the company know and the reply was equally as unsatisfactory- sent them pictures showing the issue, had to email a couple times and no they wouldn't do anything about it. Reckon I could run a better flower delivery company in my sleep. Whilst dreaming about running a terrible one. Whilst planting, watering, growing, trimming, cutting, wrapping and delivering my mum a replacement set of flowers which don't look like they been shoved up the delivery drivers dry arse.
Sent some flowers to a friend whose husband passed away. She said they were stunning. I thought I would order again for a colleagues farewell party. They are beautifully displayed on the website and this gives a false impression as to how they arrive... which is in a box wrapped in cellophane... not arranged and ready to present in public. Read carefully. On the website somewhere, it says they are delivered in boxes. Secondly, it was an issue for them finding the delivery address ( my mistake for missing some detail in the address line) and kept emailing me. I tried to contact them by phone... no phone number registered even tried *******. I think there is a lesson to be learned here. For the price I paid I would have got far more value and less anxiety going for a Supermarket brand. Please be wary.

Paid £60 for some flowers for my fiancé birthday. I work in Afghanistan so it was important to me as I don't see her often. She is a stay at home mum so is in most of the day everyday. I received an email to say the delivery was a failure... hard because we have three dogs who bark immediately when someone is at the door, the courier did. It follow my instructions either to leave the flowers on the doorstep. Further more no calling card was left and the second day when the flowers were re delivered they were mostly all dead and had to been thrown away. I am not happy at all and will be requesting a full refund as the service was a joke.
This was for a 30th birthday of a friend. She was very happy and I saw a photo. Really happy with the service and value for money.

I ordered a basket of flowers for my mothers 80th Raspberry Ripple, there were 3 x sizes available, standard, deluxe and Granmissimo, I thought I would go for the largest basket as this was a very special occasion, the overall cost being £53. On arrival at my mothers I was expecting to see a fairly decent sized display, I was utterly shocked at how small the basket was for the cost. I approached them to complain, needless to say i was wasting my time. I could have got a better one from M & S for about £25, not happy at all.
They arrived on time and they where lovely as my friend had just lost her mum I sent these to say I was thinking of them. She was very pleased to get them and sent me online pics of them overall I carnt moan my friend was happy to get them and it cheered her up a bit at such a sad time. Thank you

My friend thought the flowers were nice and sent me a photo,- but after 2 or 3 days, the flowers were definitely past their best.
This was disappointing.
Although the flowers were despatched on time they were not delivered by DPD on the day. When they were delivered the regular driver for the area asked why we had not received on the correct day. I said the driver did not turn up he was not surprised and did seem to rate the driver very highly. As a result of this the flowers remained boxed for three days and by time we received them they were looking a little sorry for themselves.
I had happily been using Seranta flowers for some years until today. I tried for one and a half hours to place an order, but their site would not take me to the make page. I contacted their customer services dept which is now on line and heard nothing. Eventually I used a different company and contacted Seranta to inform them. After th is e-mail I eventually received a generic e-mail blaming my device or browser for the problem. I must reiterate that I had placed an order with another company which took a matter of minutes, using the same browser and device. They have a website problem but will not admit it. Unfortunately they have become like many other companies whereby they have no regard for their loyal customers. I am absolutely furious about the way I have been treated after many years of dealing with them.
Recipient was delighted with the peace bouquet. Delivery was amazing, next day (Sunday) as stated. Overall, we're all happy here. Thank you Serenata Flowers. Highly recommended and will definitely use the company for any flower deliveries in the future.
As usual, your firm gave me early notification of flowers being sent off and then when delivered. They were for my mother's 90th birthday. As I am in Uganda and could not be there, it was important that they were special. She was delighted and said they are beautiful.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to the hotel where we were celebrating our Golden Wedding. I had instructed the hotel to put the flowers in our room as soon as they arrived. We arrived in the afternoon and had already received an e mail from Serenata to say the flowers had been delivered. When we got to our room there was no flowers there. I checked with the concierge, and they had no record of any delivery.
It turned out that the delivery company had just left the flowers at a back door of the hotel forged a signature and left. The flowers were left there for over 2 hours in the hot sun
When I tried to contact Serenata, i found it very difficult to find a connection on their website to complain, but I persevered, and managed to send a complaint. The company denied that the delivery company would do this, but after submitting a letter from the hotel and proof of CCTV they offered me a 10% refund which i obviously refused, they then gave me a full refund.
I am sure my report will never be shown, but i certainly would never use this company again
