My mum received an amazing large bunch of flowers in time for her birthday and included a birthday card for only a few pounds which was great as I couldn't get one in the post in time as it was a bank holiday but the flowers from SerenataFlowers were delivered on Sunday when no-one else could and cheaper than the rest.

This was my first time using Serenata Flowers but sure will not be the last. The flowers were delivered the very next day and you also get to track your order so you can see when it's been delivered which was really good. Also the prices are very good.
After paying for a lovely bunch of flowers and two delivery addresses. Three days later still NO flowers or delivery card to say they have tried to deliver. Very poor and no-one can say if they can give me my money back!

This arrangement was for a Diamond Wedding Anniversary so had to be good, especially as Serenata flowers had been recommended! Was told the flowers were hand tied and were beautiful. I've seen a photo. I was also pleased with the delivery info i was given.

Sheaf was slightly smaller than expected and I would have preferred a much smaller card. Sender was not visible without opening the card and the front of the card was simply an advert for Serenata

The flowers are beautifully displayed on the website and this gives a false impression. They arrived at 6 o' clock having spent all day in a van, and looked every bit as if they had come from Malta where the HQ of this company is. The flowers were tired and damaged. I thought I was buying from something like Interflora where local florists deal with orders. The website is misleading and I felt as though I had been tricked in to using it.
I will never use this company again
While ordering the flowers, I was charged for the inclusion of a card when I had already removed the card from my order. The card was included with the flowers but was blank therefore my friend who received the flowers did not know who had sent them.
Although my friend was at home when the flowers were delivered, and heard the knock on the door, the flowers were left on the step.
I have used this service before without any problem but now have concerns regarding placing any future orders.
