Ordered the flowers to be delivered to my wife's place of work. The flowers were for our anniversary. She finished work at 3 in the afternoon and the flowers got delivered around half past 3 my plans got completely ruined as I could have done with them being delivered while she was at work. Poor delivery service.

Poor service
September 8, 2017

I wanted to surprise my niece on her 30th birthday with flowers and a card - this was 31st August, however to date they have not arrived. When I tried to track the delivery it indicated that it had been accepted by the courier, but guess what over a week later it still has not arrived. I am extremely disappointed about this and feel let down by the poor service. Just want my money back arrrrrrrhhhh!

Disappointed

Had to end up cancelling order. Flowers not delivered on agreed date. The next day late afternoon i received a notice that flowers cannot be delivered again on the 2nd day. Then i cancelled order and received refund but the right moment for the flower delivery was lost and i could not do anything about it...

Ordered flowers for my aunties funeral: they arrived soaked and broken. Serenata offered 25% refund with no replacement. Unbelievable lack of empathy. Fortunately Interflora saved the day (50% more but much nicer flower and not broken). I wouldn't trust Serenata to stick a daffodil up my bum.

Never rely on the promises made on the web site. It will lead to a very disappointed sender and recipient. I placed a large order and paid the additional fee's to have the delivery arrive prior to 10.30am as my daughter was leaving for birthday celebrations at 11am. As the order did not arrive until well after this time, the courier left a card saying your parcel would be re-delivered the next day. After two hours of trying to track down the courier on her birthday her delivery was finally returned around 5pm in the arvo which she had to re-schedule plans she had made. And as Serenata Flowers only offer On-Line support for their customers, their support & help & lack of understanding on the day was useless. They then offered to refund the 9.99 pound fee paid for the prior to 10.30am delivery believing this would make up for spoiling what a Mum in Australia had planned as a beautiful surprise for the morning of her daughters birthday in London. Very Poor service and extremely unreliable.

THIS COMPANY IS DIRE. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM! IF YOU STAY IN THE UK USE MARKS AND SPENCER FOR FLOWERS. I PAID £4.99 EXTRA FOR MY FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE NOON FOR MY GIRLFRIEND'S BIRTHDAY AS SHE IS A TEACHER. THEY DELIVERED AT 7PM AT NIGHT! SCHOOL WAS CLOSED. SHE GOT THEM EVENTUALLY AND THEY WERE SIMPLY 'GARAGE FLOWERS' UTTER RUBBISH. THE DELIVERY BOX WAS ALSO CHEAP AND SHABBY. STAY CLEAR.

Kept informed throughout. Recipient was delighted and I have seen a photo of the dendrobium orchids I sent her, they look nice and fresh with more buds.
Will use again, especially if I can get another discount code, which meant I ordered the medium bunch, for nearly the same price as the small bunch.

Good experience all round. Received some flowers via Serenata a few weeks back and they were beautiful and lasted forever. So used Serenata to send some flowers this week and all went according to plan and recipient very pleased. Sorry for guy in review below but i guess stuff most go wrong once in a while or we would not be human - or maybe it was the computer?!

Waste of time and money.

Ordered flowers (day 1). Received email (day 2) saying my order was out for delivery, wrong, no delivery, no explanation. Received second email (day 3) saying my order was out for delivery, flower arrived, expecting them to be similar to the picture. Wrong, seen better flowers on my local garage forecourt and in better condition. This outfit is a mess, stay away.

Brilliant Service

I live in Australia and have used this site before to send flowers/plants/gifts to family in the UK. The prices are very reasonable, quality of plants is very good and the service is excellent. I received emails confirming my order had been received, then more advising the item had left their store and giving an estimate of the time they would be delivered, then more emails confirming the plants etc had been delivered. My family who received the plants etc always say how great they are.
