I no hapy i no bay any thing again from there. Flower been left in shop no one know about it. My friend get it when next day going bay something and birthday balloon miss. She no get it. So i no hapy with this company.

Lack of communication

I processed an order and made mistakes on it so i cancelled that order and have askedTHREE times for confirmation of the cancellation so that I could order again. No notification has been received therefore i cannot re-order.

Not impressed with your administration set up, therefore I cannot comment on condition or freshness of your flowers which, I am sure would be lovely.

Getting better
September 10, 2017

Now I have used the flower and card delivery a few times now and the flowers are a little fresher and are in vase a few more days. Just the card needs to done with a little care. I know a computer prints it of might need to check settings. The lines a little further apart on smaller messages. Buts my opinion.

I'm in a different country so was not sure how it would work out. But The online process was so easy. They were delivered right on time. I loved the fun email updates I received. My friend loved her flowers. Will use again.

It was my mother-in-laws birthday and with me being in Australia and her being in Wales it is difficult to ensure gifts get to her in a timely manner.
SerenataFlowers arranged, delivered, alerted me and kept in contact during the entire engagement of their service. Best of all, my mother-in-law loved her present and got it ON her birthday.
Thank you to all the staff (admin, florist, delivery). You are fantastic at what you do.

I ordered flowers to arrive Thursday 7th Sept for a funeral on Friday 8tb. Details of funeral etc given. However, received message to say flowers would be delivered weds 6th. Tried 3 times to email the mistake but each email reply was we can't see your comment, then we will pass it to appropriate dept.
Couple of hours later I was advised the flowers were on the way. Customer service and communication is appalling. First time used and I'm afraid the last time. Still not received a reply to my email which was being sent to appropriate dept.

These Dendrobium were an extraordinary colour Red/Purple blue and White. They were for a humanist funeral for a man who was in the Royal Air Force in his youth who had wide interests and a particular r liking for HG Wells' Novel 'War of the Worlds'. The blooms really look alien like they would have grown around the site of a Martian cylinder impact crater. They arrived within the hour specified by DPD and delivered by a very courteous driver. Inside the box each stem was encased at the end by a plastic tube filled with water and in splendid condition. My Cousins daughters were pleased with the display and everyone remarked about the bright colours.

Bouquet spoilt by a rose

Delivery was fine but sadly the bouquet was spoilt by a white rose that was going brown around the edges. This rose should not have been included as for me it completely spoilt the bouquet which I'd bought for a friend who had recently suffered a loss.
I couldn't remove the rose without leaving a gap so it was with some embarrassment that I handed the bouquet to my friend.

Just a little more thought and care needed please Serenatal Flowers

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday the next day as a surprise, they arrived on time and were beautiful and she loved them!
Only downside was I didn't notice the option to write on the card till after I had made my purchase so a blank card was sent saying no message supplied! Perhaps add a prominent prompt to write who the flowers are for/from. Fab service though, I will you them again x

NEVER AGAIN!

I expect this will not appear since Serenata claim 93% satisfaction. Serenata has no interest in the recipient actually receiving their gift. Having been told I needed to edit my order as my recipient had just left for France, they refused to change it -(although the site said I had over an hour left to change my orde) - and went ahead and delivered the flowers despite my request not to, leaving them on the doorstep thus advertising the empty house to thiefs and for my recipient to find dead in the box when they returned from abroad! Obviously your money is only what interests Serenata not whether the gift reaches the recipient! I SHALL NEVER use them again..
