Reliable flower deliveries

I've used Serenata Flowers a couple of times now & have been pleased with the service & delivery. Web site is easy to use. Flowers appear reasonably priced. They have been as gifts each time, so I hope the quality is good. I've had no negative comments. Sometimes have regular updates about delivery, but this is not consistent. Overall I have been pleased.

Super Satifisfied

It's been a week on since and the flowers still look great. Bought for somebody I was trying to impress and they were completely in aw.

Speedy and helpful service. They even went the extra mile and asked the courier to deliver the flowers around a specific time for me and to my surprise, it worked!

Dissapointed

Bouquet nothing like the picture. Flowers were only 35cms long when the details said 50cms. The freesias look like they were ripped up from a roadside plot, twisted, bent and odd bits sticking off the bottom, The roses were squashed and 30 cm instead of 50cm. All in all I was very disappointed with what I thought would be a grandissimo bouquet for my wifes 75th birthday turned out to be nothing more than a poor bunch of road side flowers. I will stick to the florist oe supermarket in future at least they don't lie about what you are going to get 'cos you see them before you buy, not some tarted up photo that is nothing like the real thing.

I ordered flowers from Australia to be delivered to my parents in Wales who were celebrating 62 years of wedded bliss. The flowers were perfect and I loved fed the quirky notifications of their journey to delivery.

Fantastic service. 2nd time using serenata in the past couple of weeks. Really pleased. Will defo use them again. Very happy. Great flower options and wide selection. Maybe the smaller gifts such as wine and chocs could be a bit wider. Need more choice to really personalise overall. Nevertheless, would shout serenta's name from the rooftops

Missed delivery

Flowers ordered for a Saturday but they weren't delivered. I had to chase the order and then they were rescheduled for the Monday. Once I could get in touch with them (via email, no phone number) they were speedy in fixing it. Apologetic too. Accidents do happen but it was very disappointing.

- Flowers were delivered in the time I wanted, paid for "before 10.30pm"
- Photo matches real bouquet
- Beautifully tied and wrapped
- Communication was great, they kept me informed of every stage.

- I bought the size "Grandissimo" - the biggest on the site and they weren't as big as expected.
- Card not very good quality
- Flowers slightly wilted

Birthday flowers

I live in northern ireland went on line looking for flower company in cheshire, found serentaflowers.com orderd paid and then flowers arrived next day.
No hassel and kept me in the loop via sms and email.

Too much greenery

The online ordering was an easy process, especially since I am in the USA, and they were delivered for my mum's birthday on time. Mum was pleased with them, but I feel there was way too much greenery and not enough flowers (she showed them to me as we were facetiming.) They didn't look like they did on the internet. IMO too much money for what I actually got. I ordered Scarlett Pimpernel which look beautiful online, but not what my mum got.

DONT BUY FROM HERE

Ordered what I thought was free delivery flowers (only 200 yards from their shop) only to find out I would be charged Customer service were very unhelpful after several e-mails back and too I gave up. The flowers were delivered and for the nearly £40 spent were nit value for money a pathetic display. Would not recommend them to any one.

A bit frustrating, but OK

After I made my order, I realised that I had made a mistake, and tried to change it within 5 minutes. Despite the site telling me that I had over 45 minutes to change the order, it would not accept my change, saying that the order had already been processed. After I kicked up a fuss via Customer Service, they did change the order, and the delivery was successful. Flowers were good in the end!
