I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary and although they were delivered as expected - they were a completely different color to advertised. The bouquet was called 'Aztec Sun' and the picture was of pretty much all yellow flowers, which is why I chose it for a personal reason between us, but the delivered flowers were pink.
I'm sure there is some disclaimer that I've missed but to be honest I'm not impressed with this. I spent a lot of money and the colour of the flowers was important. She said she loves them regardless but I feel let down by the service.

Not worth the money at all I wish I had gone to the local garage which would have been better value and had more life in them. I was embarrassed that I had sent these as a gift and went and bought more flowers to make up for this poor bouquet.

Sadly my basket and chocs were delivered to the wrong address. Really frustrating there is no phone number for customer svces. In fairness to serenata my complaint was dealt with quickly and efficiently and a full refund made. They need to change their delivery company.
Ordering flowers was a breeze on their well designed website. Communication regarding the delivery was excellent, and the free courier delivery was outstanding. Flowers were beautiful. All in all a great experience
