I appreciate that I did not choose the most expensive flowers but what we got for the money was disappointing. They did not really resemble the flowers I had chosen and they were also left outside the front door where anyone could have taken them. Could do better.

I cant even begin to tell you how heartbroken I am about the flowers I ordered for my much loved and treasured aunt, they were funeral flowers. Not only did they look nothing like the picture but the quality of the flowers were awful, the card I paid extra for was nothing more than a printed piece of paper and roughly attached on the front. I was embarrassed when my flowers were placed next to everyone elses. The worst day ever was made even worse by Serenata and although the money is to be refunded, it was either that or get them resent! And as for taking a picture of the quality of the flowers I have never been so insulted ever, my aunt was buried, and believe it or not taking a picture at her graveside was not my priority. The day has passed now and if anyone wants funeral flowers please dont go here! An absolute disgrace

I found their online shop quick and easy to use. I admired the efficiency of their set up when they sent a 'Flowers and Birthday Chocolate have been delivered on time' message especially when they just had one and a half days to complete the sale and even more so when the delivery address was in Banff, fifty miles north of Aberdeen!

Bad experience with funeral flowers ordered. On expected delivery date, in the evening received an automated email of a 'delivery failure'. Evidently tried to deliver after funeral directors had closed. I was told because I hadn't chosen to pay extra for timed delivery, then basically wasn't their fault. After several emails protesting asking for a little empathy, they did manage to sort it the next morning, but I was not impressed with either their customer service or flowers.
L Could not have found more fresh bunch of flowers even if I lived next to a florist, well packed and delivered to my door by a pleasant driver. My Birthday Wife was so pleased with them... OH! What a lovely colourful arrangement she did say. I will use Serenataflowers.com again.

I arranged for a bouquet to be delivered to my wife for our Silver Wedding Anniversary on Oct 3rd.
They were beautiful to begin with but have since deteriorated quickly within 3 days of delivery - petals going brown and curling up - in spite of being cared for correctly.
A bit disappointed as was hoping they would last up to a week and that the closed blooms would open up.
Used twice in the last week, fast efficient service, most importantly good blooms.

The flowers were delivered quickly & when they arrived they were well packaged & my wife says they are beautiful the nicest flowers I have ever brought her & I bought her plenty, so it does say a lot for serenata flowers.
The service was easy to use, yet the bunch was really small and the flowers were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday with guaranteed need day delivery. They did not arrive until Wednesday night at 7:48pm.

First time using services and very impressed and will be using again. I particular love the emails that kept me up to date with the delivery and once they had been delivered too.
Placed my order realised they had added in a card which I did not request, emailed straight away to inform them, to be told it was too late to change the order, explained did not want a card, no joy, would not change the order and got charged for the privilege. Expected a better bouquet, it did not match the photo on the website. Definitely will not use again. Extremely disappointed.
Flowers looked fresh and in good condition. Ordered 22 stems and I think that this must have included the foliage as there was a lot less in the bunch. Photo shows pink Lily's that we're missing from the bunch but do not seem to have been replaced with another flower if out of stock. Very resonably priced which (on this occasion) was reflected in the product.
