I wish I could give a better review, but it took about a dozen emails to resolve my issue. I think they went the extra mile after my last email because they were sick of me lol. Very happy with the final outcome that could have been offered a lot earlier and would have avoided worry that my order would not be received in time. The order process was really easy and the communication from the company was excellent. I received an e-mail from the company confirming my order, a further one on the day of delivery stating the flowers were out for delivery and then a final email confirming that the flowers had been delivered and accepted by my friend. Great customer service.

Bought the Aztec bouquet for some friends. They were delighted. They sent me a picture and the flowers looked lovely. Have never been disappointed with Seranata Flowers. Would highly recommend.

Ordered the smallest apple sours bouquet. Whilst it was pretty. Shame it was so small.the one being advertised makes it look really full. Felt it was a bit of a let down. But they were fresh and still looked pretty.
I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-laws 30th Birthday for delivery on the 6th October. I received an email from Serenta Flowers to say "delivery failed", there was no other explanation or contact from them. This was despite the fact that they request a contact telephone number which you would think they woukd pass on to the courier. On contacting the Company they are saying that the courier had reported back that delivery had been refused on the basis that they had not ordered the flowers. I have never heard anything so ridiculous in all my life, flowers are usually a gift from somebody so it woukd not be surprising that they had not ordered them. Also my son checked with neighbours and no attempt had been made to leave them with a neighbour and no further attempt to deliver them. I may as well have thrown my £21.00 down the drain and I eill not be paying a further 50% to gave them redelivered. If Serenata Flowers do not come back to me with a suitable resolution I will be taking this further. This Company cannot be allowed to give this kind of customer service.

The flowers were loverly, the delivery very poor left on a door step that no one used. I asked for patience when delivering because the lady had just had a pacemaker fitted so she was in the house a good job the neighbour saw them and told her or they could have still been there or worse still have been stolen.

I cant fault Serenta. Their delivery is always on time and the flowers or gifts arrive fresh and tidy. The communication is great with regular updates of their dispatch and arrival. You dont always want to send a message to the receiver did you get the flowers? So with the text and email info, you know they have been delivered. Im a regular flower shopper and have found everything with Serenta very satisfactory so far

The flowers that I had delivered for my mothers birthday were beautiful- however it did state that they would be delivered in bud but were actually in full bloom so dont think they will last as long as I thought they would

Not happy the flowers WHEN they arrived(8.30pm), for my elderly aunts 90th birthday, were just not what we expected.The bouquet was mostly full of white carnations not very colourful to brighten up her day! Sadly she suffers from pancreatic cancer and remarkably held on to celebrate her 90th so when they did arrive she was in bed sleeping. Very angry!
Okay so where do I start. I clearly ordered raspberry chocolate truffles and they sent the complete wrong ones! The flowers that arrived I was told they looked half dead already. Your things arent cheap, yet its okay to mug ya off?
Our first order with Serenata flowers and my wife was very happy with flowers which were delivered on time for our anniversary.
When the flowers arrived the roses which were supposed the be the centre piece were brown and dying. I had paid extra for a larger bouquet too. I then contacted the company to tell them and the repeatedly 'lost' my complaint, requested additional photographs (supplied) and then promptly 'lost' the complaint again. I requested a refund and this has been ignored. WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
