I sent a complaint last monday for the flowers I sent on saturday, there were very poor and most of them old. Noone has replied so far, I am very disspointed with your services and customer services. At least they could reply to my request, the whole surprise was spoilled

The recipient of the bouquet was, as she described, over the moon with the most beautiful bouquet of lilies and roses.
She hasn't been well for a few years and it was her birthday. The flowers really cheered her up. Thank you.

Received both bunches on flowers but in all honesty considering i went for additional stems i dont believe they are worth it... Was tad embaressing really would have expected better for what i paid. Just as well the delivery was free... i shall stick to local florists.

The website is a little over-detailed and could be confusing. Could do with simplification offering not quite so many alternatives

I ordered the flowers 9.30 on a Friday night-the flowers were delivered NEXT day about 11.00 AM.
My daughter called to say the flowers were beautiful and I should not have paid so much for them -she didn't know little they cost.
I find that the service & price are second to none.
