Absolutely shocking!

I bought these flowers for a family members funeral, the roses had died and were brown, the rest of the flowers were limp. When I spoke to customer services they asked me to take pictures so they could investigate, I went on to say I could not get my phone out and take pictures as it I was inappropriate at a funeral. They then said they could re-send me another bouquet for a different to date, which is ridiculous as it was more important for them to be right on the day. I will never shop here again or reccomend!

Not delivered on time

Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and was guaranteed next day delivery, however the flowers didn't arrive until late in the evening the day after. Apparently the courier had made a mistake and sent them to the wrong sorting office. They were apologetic when I complained and offered 15% refund, so that's something but my mom was very disappointed and really the point was for it to arrive on her birthday

Friend was very happy!

I got a blue Dendrobium bouquet for a friend, as a thank you present. They arrived the next day and she was absolutely delighted with them. She sent me a photo and the size of the bunch was very good. The only tiny niggle is the fact that there are no bookable time slots for delivery (even if it's just 'morning' or 'afternoon') - the flowers were delivered quite late in the evening and I'd almost given up hope of them arriving 'next day' as promised. Overall, very happy with the result though.

Unprofessional

I ordered surprise engagement flowers for my best friend to help celebrate the good news. My order should be next day delivery, 6 days later still no flowers. The company never contacted me for additional address information. I've contacted them but no joy! Waste of 50£! Disappointed for me and my friend!

Too small

I played extra for the large bouquet. If that was the large the small must have been a button hole. If my husband put his hand in front of it you could hardly see it. My sister who I sent it too said the box was big though.

Terrible

Never had a straight forward procedure with them they are so unhelpful! I ordered a month in advance and was last on the list to be delivered that day meaning the person wasnt in so the order was left on her door step for anyone to take and they had cheek to email me saying they were delivered to my friend Who they wer for! Wont be ordering again theyr a joke!

Wrong Delivery Time

I ordered Sympathy Flowers for Saturday 30th September, and paid an extra £9.99 for them to be delivered before 10.30 a.m. However, they were not delivered until 1.13 p.m. and whilst the recipient was pleased, what is the point of paying extra for delivery if this is not carried out. I have written to Serenata directly, but have received no reply.

A little disappointed.

My friend was highly delighted with the flowers that I ordered - I was a little disappointed in the picture she sent to me as I thought they looked quite "drab" but at least they got there in good time, as specified. Because I live so far from her I could not get to actually see them for myself, which is a shame. I would probably use you again as you are the closest to her and you do not charge delivery charges, which is a bonus nowadays!

I ordered the Deluxe Autumn Fair for my friends 25th Wedding Anniversary. They were delivered on time and because there was nobody at home the flowers were put in a safe & protected place. I have seen the flowers myself and they looked great and lots of them. Will definitely use this company again and would recommend them. Thanks for a great job done.

I ordered the Petite White Lily Sheaf for the day before the funeral as recommended on the website. The flowers were delivered on the correct day but to the wrong address. I received an email saying they had arrived and had to go looking for them. I found them on the doorstep of a house 5 houses away. When I opened the box i was hugely disappointed. Despite upgrading to the Deluxe option, the sheaf was miserable. There were two roses in it which were both nearly dead, with brown edges on the petals. I contacted them directly via their site (I could not find a contact number on the site) and attached images. I asked for the flowers to be replaced as they were for a funeral and I would not give what had arrived as it was embarrassing. I received a reply saying that they had reviewed the images and felt that what was supplied was correct. They also stated that the brown on the edges of the petals were 'guard petals' and should be removed. I replied and said how I was unhappy with this resolution and have heard nothing since. I went to a florist and bought a replacement bunch from them, receiving a much larger, fresh bunch for a lesser cost.

Do not use this service - they are unprofessional, the quality of the flower is poor and the customer service experience is awful. Choose an alternative.

Birthday flowers

Not very happy ipaid £22.98 for my mums 91 birthday when the flowers wete delieverd ro the care home the carerers sent me a photo i was disgusted i could have got a btter bunch for less at a supermarket
I sent serenta flowers the picture and they wete not interested not using again totally disgusted

Very disappointed- Plant was to be delivered on 30/9/2017 - Not delivered to Monday 2/10/2017. Track Delivery said it was delivered on Saturday. Glass plant holder broken in two places.
