From start to finish a very easy process of ordering flowers. Arrived when they were supposed to. I didn't see the flowers but the recipient was pleased with them.
I bought lilies for my mum - they're her favourite and I am happy to say they look lovely! - I would get them for myself I wasn't a student and they wouldn't go wasted on male housemates. Communication was very good, and I was notified throughout the delivery process which is always helpful. Would use again, very good quality product!
The flowers delivered bore no resemblance to those shown on the website and were 'thrown together' in a very amateurish way. Customer service referred to T&C's which allow them to send whatever they like regardless of what you order. I will not be using them again
Ordered flowers for my friend who has sadly just been admitted to a hospice, her birthday was on Sunday & I ordered the flowers to be delivered that day... I was in touch with her Husband via text all day & I thought it strange that hed not mentioned any flowers being delivered... even though Id had an email to say they had been successfully delivered at 10:34am... so I asked him outright if theyd arrived & to my disappointment he said nothing had come. So I emailed to find out where they were & I got a reply saying they had been left under an outside table on a chair in a box...! To which I replied why? The nurses at the hospice are busy tending to people who are often in the latter stages of their lives so they havent time to be going on a hunt around the grounds looking for flowers! The courier sent a picture but to be honest you couldnt tell where in the grounds they were as there are a few garden tables dotted around. To cut a long story short, I got an email today to say the courier said the intercom system at the door wasnt working... well, guess what? I checked with the nurses & they havent had a problem with it, ever... eventually, at about 6:30pm the flowers were located and taken into my friend, which had completely taken away the joy of having flowers delivered & also, as she is drifting in and out of consciousness she only saw the flowers once on her birthday... I called to see my friend the day after (Monday) & when I saw the flowers, Id have been better off spending £20 on a big bunch from the supermarket & taking them myself on the morning of her birthday... the bunch was tiny, definitely now where near £20 worth of flowers... a fiver, tops... so, to sum up my review... use Interflora... much more reliable, theyll prob know what a hospice is, because my guess is the driver didnt have a clue what he was delivering to otherwise he wouldnt have been so heartless... on the special instruction drop down box I did scroll down to the be patient box as I thought the nurses may not answer the door immediately... never, ever will I use this company again. Or recommend them to anyone
Given what I paid I have to say I was disappointed in the funeral flowers and more than one other person said I would have done better to buy £10 worth of Tesco flowers. It was small, with little selection, untidily wrapped and certainly didn't compare well with other tributes.

I PAID EXTRA FOR A VASE TO PUT THEM IN AS MY SISTER DID NOT OWN A VASE BUT IT ARRIVED IT WAS IN BITS. I CONTACTED THEM TO RE-SEND ANOTHER ONE AND THEY SAID NO THEY COULD NOT SEND ONE I WAS SHOCKED BY THIS AND IT IS NOT THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO OFFER CUSTOMERS. SO THE OUTCOME MY SISTER NOW HAS HER FLOWERS IN A JUG NOT GOOD. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL NOT EVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM. NOT GOOD SERENATA FLOWERS AT ALL

I had some of these flowers sent to me and they were absolutely gorgeous - they lasted such a long time and smelt amazing. I have ordered a few flowers from here now and sent them to friends and relatives, and they've all been received very well! They are expensive but worth the money, and you can choose to upgrade, or add things on like balloond etc to make them extra special! Would highly recommend!

Used this site to deliver flowers for my Aunt's 92nd birthday. I kind of errr... forgot, so ordered the evening before! Sevenoaks Florist handled the order and arrived on the next day as requested and in top condition; my aunt was very happy indeed with the flowers and she used to work in a florist herself! All good.
