This was the second time using Sendmybag. I relocated to Switzerland from the US, and researched tons for a decent shipping option for my belongings. This first time was flawless especially when I sent some items via post! The post part was a disaster, sendmybag part was completely efficient and flawless.
The second time I was worried as my local FedEx has always been a pita. I was worried when by the time it was said they stopped picking up and my boxes were still wsiting. I spent all morning through evening waiting with my documents ready. 5 mins til the cutoff I was on the phone with sendmybag. I was assured they were actually working later than stated time and she even put me on hold *briefly, wasn't long at all* to call FedEx and was confirmed of my packages p/u that evening. Once off that call it must have been 20 mins and the boxes were gone. Seems I didn't need to be there with my papers. The confirmation of p/u was received a few hrs later. I was able to track them. Best yet, they arrived at my place in Switzerland 2 days before scheduled! Thankfully the Farmer was around to accept the shipment and secured them in our place. I have had nothing but wonderful service using Send my bag! Thank You!

The service offered by SendMyBag was reliable, fast, and excellent overall. Things fall apart a bit when the stuff reaches South Africa. It took me two attempts over two days to make the woman at the DHL office here understand that she already had all the documents she needed, and that I had also re-sent them to her. Then Customs charged me almost 50% customs duty on the value of my second-hand clothes and personal items. You can't argue with them - their attitude is take it or leave it. I got the impression they would like you to leave it so they can keep the stuff for themselves.
Send several boxes using SendMyBag. Although it took longer than advertised I am quite happy with the service. All arrived in good shape and it was considerably cheaper than other alternatives (if you don't mind dealing with the limitations on what you can send).
Very happy with the service, the courrier, and the tracking available as well as communication.
I wish we could still send hold-alls though as it would be handier for holiday.
The truck man was super friendly when he came to pick the suitcase. Besides, during the transport I was able to see each point of the journey and the packet was delivered in the correct date.
Everything arrived earlier than stated.
The only problem I had was that it is quite complicated to organise all their demands pre shipping after Brexit. Probably not the fault of send my bag.
Next time will be easier.

I had to send a box to the UK from the Philippines because the flight I booked only had 25kg of baggage and the addition of baggage is too expensive. I've seen the option of using sendmybag from a travel blogger before and thought this was the perfect opportunity to try them out. I booked collection a day before and just had to fill out the forms and list the things inside as well as the value of each. My box got held up at customs when it got to the UK but was quickly rectified when I had a chat with the amazing team of sendmybag. They followed it up for me and provided them with details with one of the contents of my box which could be the reason for the hold up. A few hours later, I got an update that the box was released and knocked on my doorstep (received by my friend) a few days later. Transaction and communication was so smooth and communication with them gave me confidence that my belongings would be safe.
Shipped large luggage internationally, twice, two years in between. Both times the service was delivered as advertised. I'd use it again.
The delivery was easy and efficient, everything was collected on time and arrived on time, it also arrived in excellent condition. Overall very happy with the service and the value, would definitely recommend.
Cannot complain, did it in less than a day, identified all suitcases with the labels, they got picked up by DHL in Germany and all shipped right away. One arrived after the other but they all got intact to the final destination in the US. Thanks!

Amazing! Sent my bag from france to USA and it arrived in perfect condition. Pickup was a little bit tricky, but Once you actually ship the box, it is no hassle at all
Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
