I have sent 2 boxes from Spain to italy and in one of them there were my shoes. When the boxes arrived, in my pack there weren't my shoes.
Evidently, someone has stolen them during the trip. I am very disappointed.
The whole process went as smooth as one can only hope; pick-up was early in the morning (boxes were picked up in the lobby), tracking the packages with the app was easy, and the drop-off was even a day early! Can only recommend this service and will use it again

It was my second time using "Send My Bag" and I could not be happier and satisfied! I had a little increase on the rate because of the weight of suitcases but it was expected by me as I was moving 5 years in a country to another one. We always find something to fit in the suitcases! And also, Find My Bag, when notified me about it also said it always happens because we (the people packing) dont have the proper scales and all… super understandable! Highly recommend and 5 stars for the service! Thanks for helping my "moving to my new country" dream coming true!

As a first time user, I was impressed with the service, especially with the customer service I received once my bag was delivered. The DHL tracking was a bit overly optimistic with the delivery date - as there were delays on the US side, but overall, I would use this service again.
We only discovered this service 2 days before we travelled. Having to travel through Mexico to comply with covid travel restrictions to get to our sons wedding in America we didn't want to take all our wedding clothes with us. Booked for a bag to be picked up the following day, with the beta version named pick up time, which worked perfectly. Bag arrived with our son five days later. Perfect hassle free way of sending excess luggage.

Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
