This was the best experience! At the time I could not drive and had to rely on trains. I was called back from Bristol to Norfolk as my father's health had taken a turn for the worst. I packed so much as was not sure how long I was going to be needed. There was NO WAY I could have managed to get across London with all the luggage I had! So I arranged SendMyBag. It was absolutely fantastic - really good value and took all the stress away from an already emotional journey. I would use again in a flash! The only slight negative at the time was they couldn't specify a time for collection in Bristol (I believe they were trialling a dedicated slot system), so a very dear friend had to wait in all day just in case. But - seeing as I arranged it all so last minute - this was not a major problem. I really cannot recommend this enough!

It took 4 days from my bags being picked up in the US to being delivered in a France. Tracking was available to check on my boxes. Highly recommend!

I have used Send my bag on several occasions and find them very efficient and reliable. Luggage collected and delivery at time arranged. Tracking of luggage available which is also very useful I have used this company on several occasions and when travel is possible between my house in UK and my house in France I shall certainly use them again. It is money very well spent as it makes travel very much easier and more enjoyable.
The first time we used them we were a bit nervous about losing our luggage but we arrived and our luggage was waiting for us and we had an easy flight with no big cases to worry about at the carousel
My suitcase had soft sides. I packed and measured it laying on it side. When they measured it standing up, it was probably bulging on the sides. This threw my measurements off.
The whole experience was faultless, from start to finish it was straightforward and the people who collected and dropped off my bags were so friendly and helpful, I have no idea how they deliver such an outstanding service at the price they do, absolutely cost effective and there is no way I could have managed to bring the amount of stuff back that I did without them, picked up at my front door in Spain and dropped off at my front door in Scotland, Highly recommended,
We saved a great deal of hassle by using send my bag and travelling with hand luggage only. Collection and delivery were as promised and the cost not excessive.

I was very impressed with the tracking facility which gave me confidence that my suitcase was in my hotel before I arrived. It was in transit over the Christmas period for my New Year break in Vienna. Liaison with "One Traveller" worked like a dream which meant I could use my airline luggage allowance for my mobility walker.
Having booked a flight on a budget airline for a flight within Europe I realized we would not be able to bring our checked baggage on the lfight. A search online revealed this service and we used it. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Service door to door! No need to travel with a big suitcase and the extra weight! Great service in the UK. They give you a timeframe. On the other hand, I was waiting all day in Spain for the suitcase to be picked up (8:00am-6:00pm). That needs an improvement! Both arrived in perfect condition and on time (or earlier). Also used this service for my daughters year abroad (suitcase + boxes) Perfect!

This is a brilliant service. I am disabled and when I flew on an internal flight, to visit my son who lives several hundred miles away from me, I used this service to send my luggage separately so that I only had hand luggage on my flight. The service was a godsend and I urge anyone who struggles with their luggage, however they are travelling, to try this service for themselves. You will not be disappointed. They will even cope with your luggage if you are travelling abroad. Just think…. No luggage to worry about!
