Beautiful very deel red, very difficult to capture the deepness of the red as the photos came out much more vibrant/bright.
Everything looks good but will only know if it will last once I've started using it.
Customer service was great, these guys where so helpful and communicative when I need more images on the inside and color of the bags.
Could do with a divider compartment inside as this is a big deep bag

The service I received and the quality of the product was outstanding! I ordered the "Ladies Laptop bags XL" (Toffee Tan) on the Friday afternoon. Immediately received a WhatsApp to confirm that my order was received, got delivery updates over the weekend and on Monday morning my bag was delivered. I must say - the bag is even better than expected! WOW WOW WOW! After delivery I received another follow up WhatsApp to make sure that everything is ok. I wanted to order a special gift for a friend who was leaving the country.

When I placed my order in February, I asked Cape Masai if it would be delivered by 4 March, which was the last opportunity that I would have to see my friend. They promised me it would be delivered by 4 March.

On 1 March I was getting worried that it would not arrive on time, so I asked again. They told me that the bag would only be made in that first week of March.

On 3 March I had not received any tracking information, so I asked them to confirm if it would be ready. They informed me that they would only start making the bag on the 4th of March, and they would only deliver early the next week.

On 8 March I asked again if they had shipped it in a desperate attempt to maybe get it to the friend. They told me that they had not yet even made the bag, and it would be made on that day.

On 9 March I asked again. They promised to ship it on 9 March. Their exact words on the morning of 9 March were "It's to leave today"

On 10 March I asked if they shipped the bag, and Cape Masai sent me a snotty reply "You were informed that your order is leaving tomorrow which is today and nothing has changed". They finally shipped it on the 10th.

I am now sad that I missed the opportunity to give a special last gift to my friend. If Cape Masai told the truth at any earlier point I would have had time to get another gift somewhere else before it was too late. The quality and value for money of their products are good, but don't believe a word that they tell you about delivery times.

I ordered a bag from Cape Masai on a Sunday evening. To my total surprise I received a WhatsApp message that same evening informing me that the bag will be delivered on Tuesday. True to their word, delivery took place on Tuesday and I even received a free gift. The bag is amazing and the service was above and beyond. Truly impressive.
