We live in France and had came back from a trip to our 1st son in the US, returning with a number of clothes their daughters could no longer use. The girls had grown up! We had no immediate plans to visit our 3rd son in the UK who also had 2 daughters who were the obvious potential recipients for these clothes.
We had already used "SendMyBag" with good results and got in touch with them again.
We went through the formalities and they arrived on time we agreed to pick up the box of clothes.

I was recommended Send My Bag by my parents who had used them previously. We sent our five bags ahead of us to Edinburgh as we were moving back from the States and wanted to travel light as we have a three year old. Two of the bags turned up two days later that the estimated date, I had to call them daily about the other three bags. Eventually one bag showed up a month later, dumped outside the wrong address, luckily my dad spotted it. We are still missing the other two bags and it is two months later. They keep saying they found them, then lost them. It cost us $900 and It is a complete shambles, DON'T BOTHER.

Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
