Quite quick and efficient to be in the Christmas period.
A pretty seamless service all round– user-friendly site, quick pick-ip and delivery earlier than expected. Just one gripe- it would have been useful to know about all the restrictions on liquids etc and the need for an itemised packing list earlier in the process- would have made packing so much easier.

Smooth, everything went on time and arrived on time
We used the service to move from Netherlands to Italy. We had 12 boxes and 3 suitcases. The order online was easy, the pick up came as agreed and the boxes arrived perfectly in Milan! Overall great experience, fast and accurate service that also saved us a lot of money. We also followed their instructions in the email and website videos. Professional movers wanted to charge an insane amount to do it and other companies also inflated a lot the price per box. Definitely recommend Sendmybag.

Excellent experience again. Easy to book on line, reliable pickup and dropped off securely slightly ahead of their own ETA. I have used this service a few times now instead of trying to get a suitcase on and off trains, taxis and tube trains and not having the hassle of baggage makes the journey so much more like "Business Class" travel even on U.K. Railways! Relax. They take care of everything. Shipped nine suitcases and two guitar cases. All arrived on time - two arrived early!
My case was lifted from my door and brought to my daughter's house for me.
I didn't need to carry a heavy bag around the airport, trains or buses. Plus, it was much cheaper than checking in my case for hold luggage on my flight.

Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
