My mother's 80th birthday was Monday, October 16. I placed an order online on October 13 for a bouquet and balloon to be sent to her in her nursing home on October 16. I spoke with her on her birthday and she had not received the arrangement. I then spoke with the receptionist who logs deliveries and found that it had not been delivered. I then called the Send Flowers 800 number and the automated service said it was delivered. I then spoke with a customer service rep who tried to contact the local florist, but they were closed for the day. They said they would follow up Tuesday, the following day. I called CS again on Wednesday to see if there was follow up and I was told another arrangement would be sent and that I would receive email confirmation. By Friday I had not received confirmation and once again called CS and spoke with the same rep as on Wednesday. I requested that another arrangement be sent and that I receive a refund as it was over a week since I placed my order. They said they would send another arrangement. I then received an email saying they would send another bouquet with an upgrade and they would refund my money. At this point, I am doubtful that will happen. The long and short of it: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SEND FLOWERS! THEY LITERALLY DO NOT DELIVER!
I ordered these flowers for same day delivery for a birthday at 9am. Get a call at 4pm saying that it's to late in the day for delivery and that the florist didn't have all the flower needed so they offered a 30% credit back on my card (which I haven't recieved) and said a different florist will deliver the arrangements the next day. The next afternoon I receive an email (no call this time) saying the florist don't have all the flowers to make the arrangement i ordered and asked permission to substitute. I called and they said if I authorize the substitution they will up grade the size free of charge and deliver that evening. Well here it is the next day and STILL NO DAM FLOWERS! Birthday present ruined. Two days have passed on something that I paid for to have delivered the same day! Paid more money in delivery fee for same day to not have it happen and not even get a refund on the delivery fee, and STILL NO 30% REIMBURSEMENT THAT WAS PROMISED. Never again will I order from them nor recommend them.
This company doesn't have any experience with Flower arrangements. I placed my order in for Mothers Day flowerl on April 24 th to have them Arrive May 8th. I paid 94 bucks for some bs. I asked for 5 pink playtex balloons and 2 of the foil balloons which was supposed to say I Love You! And the enchanted flowerl. When my Mom got her gift the day before Mothers Day the flowers were half dead. They gave me 1 pink, 1purple, and 1 blue Plattec balloon, and 2 foil balloons with Happy Mothers Day on them both. That wasn't What I asked for. 5 pink Playtex balloons and 2 I Love you foil balloons. The lady said she would give me 23 dollars back because I didn't get the balloons. I told her I didn't ask for any of these balloons besides the pink one which was half deflated. She insisted that as long as I got the balloons that's all that matters. I told her no mam you not going to tell me what your going to give me credit for when this $#*! is wrong, an the flowers look half dead. Just come pick this $#*! up and give me a full refund. They had at least 2weeks to get my order together. She said they ran out of balloons so they thought they would accommidate me an add what the $#*! they wanted to. That's not how that works when I pay almost 100 bucks for some flowers. I want that $#*! right. How can you $#*! up! IT was a special day for my Mom. Mothers Day! IDIOTS! Please don't ever purchase from this company. No idea of how to do flower arrangements.And the note card was something I could have typed up and placed on the flowerl myself just horrible.
I ordered from SendFlowers because it said same day delivery. I ordered the flowers on Friday for our Aunts Birthday, I had to wait until the last minute because she was changing hospitals and I found out Friday where she was. Her birthday was on Saturday. We were able to talk to her Saturday and wish her happy birthday, and asked if she had gotten the flowers. She had not and this was pretty late in the afternoon and her 89th birthday. I emailed the company and they said they would look into it. Sunday came no flowers she was fading and the put her on life support, but if they had gotten them she still would have seen them. I contacted them again and they said the flower shop had them out for delivery. By Sunday afternoon she was on life support and not aware of what was going on around her. I contacted the company and they did say they were sorry and game me a discount and a coupon and would let me know when they were delivered. Monday morning still no flowers and then I was checking my email and it said they were delivered, the cousins still had not seen them and our Aunt still on life support, I called the company and they said they would refund some more of my money back. Tuesday morning and they showed up but our aunt is not aware of what is going on around her. This is her last birthday and the last thing that we said to her was that we loved her and her flowers were coming, It was suppose to have a happy birthday balloon and that was missing, It was important that they were there for her birthday which is why I went with this company, even if they had come the next day she could have enjoyed them a little. It might be more the fault of the flower shop they used, but I should not have had to contact them so many times and at $15 for delivery it should have been on time. They gave me a coupon, but I doubt if I will ever use it.
I ordered flowers for Valentine's on 2/5/2023 for my husband to be delivered. Never delivered and took my money!Called, wouldn't answer phone. Ripoff
Ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my sister who lost her spouse. I put in a code listed on the site which displayed $12 off and included same day shipping, a small teddy bear for her son to have and a balloon that says "Thinking of you" so the price came to $70.98. The flowers were so beautiful and they were her favorite colors red roses and white lilies in a red vase. I went to process the payment and it wouldn't allow me to, since the code was no longer valid and same day shipping was no longer valid within the matter of 2mins. I went back and the website displayed a different code where it gave me $6 off and shipping for the next day. Upset and in a hurry to get this done, I proceeded and after all tax and delivery charge the price came over $99.38. Mind you that this is for the most basic flower bouquet, which I'm still baffled about. After the purchase, hours later I received an email and a phone call saying that the order cannot be delivered since they cannot find a florist in the area they will try the following day, sorry for the inconvenience, and they would upgrade the bouquet of flowers due to this. The ordered was place around 12:30p, how is it hard to find a florist on a Friday at 12:30 in the afternoon. The flowers were delivered pass the scheduled day that was intended, she didn't receive a balloon, teddy bear and the flowers was not even close to the same flowers as I ordered which was a horrible. If I order something that mean I want that exact thing or close, if you couldn't provide that then I would of expected a phone call or email and not the complete opposite of what I ordered. I will never shop here again this was not a pleasant experience at all, especially for a very important occasion as my sister husbands passing away and wanting to order her favorite flowers and get a teddy bear and balloons to comfort my nephew. I feel like the company just wanted to make their money with little consideration of what was ordered.
I was sending flowers to a friend who got hospitalized. I paid on the 17th of February with a scheduled delivery on the 21st of February. I called them on the 20th of February because I was told that my friend will only get home on the 22nd and wanted to schedule the delivery for the 22nd. I got transferred to the ACCOUNTING department (nobody told me why), then they told me that they wanted to discuss details with me about the order and that this was NOT CONFIRMED! If I don't call them they would have NEVER delivered the flowers (yet they took my money immediately). At no point did they reach out to me via phone or email saying, hey, please call us regarding to your order. NOTHING!
So anyway, when everything was squared out I asked to deliver on the 22nd instead. They said no problem. Then I got an email on the 21st saying it was delivered. Thanks! RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, CARELESS MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMERS ARE THE LAST TYPE OF PEOPLE THEY WANT TO PLEASE! They don't care if they ruin your occasion because they never reached out to me to call them and if I did not call them they would not have delivered my flowers, yet they were completely content about taking my money IMMEDIATELY!

Ordered at 1030 am and was delivered before 3pm. The flower arrangement was very pretty. I'm very pleased with the service.

I put in an order by phone the day before my sister's funeral, like SendFlower's told me to. I live in KY & her funeral was in MI. The day after her funeral my sis-in-law sent me a pic of what the arrangement that SendFlower's had sent to her funeral and I was totally mortified! It looked NOTHING like the one I had paid a little over $100 for. It got my whole family really upset with me, that's how bad it was! Below is what I ordered and the one they sent had NO lilies in it and only 4-5 small ugly plants that stuck straight up 4-5" out of the pot, came in an ugly round brown basket that looked like it had come right from Walmart!. I tried to upload a pic of it, but unless a pic is 300x300 pixels it won't allow you to upload it. They told me I'd receive the receipt in my email account, which I never did, and the person I talked to never gave me an order # either. It's also NOT on the bank statement, and they're now saying they have no record of me ever ordering, even though I have the bank statement to prove that I did! I can't express enough how embarrased & humiliated that I was for this to have been sent to my ONLY sister's funeral! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, so you don't have to go thru what I have!
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my grandmother that were supposed to be delivered to her job on May 1st before 4:30 as I specificed multiple times. The flowers were NOT delivered to her job until 5:15 pm and at that point they have no use of she wasn't there to receive them. I spoke with a customer service rep who told me that the flowers would have to be delivered the next day which was completely unacceptable but I agreed because I still wanted my grandmother to have them but shortly after the call with the customer service rep ended, the delivery driver called me to say he was at my grandmothers job but no one was there... keep in mind 30 mins before his call I was told the flowers would be redelivered and upgraded TOMORROW May 2nd... clearly this company does NOT communicate with the drivers or the florist. This is my first and LAST time ordering anything from SendFlowers.com. I literally had to curse the customer service rep out today, May 2nd because it is now 12pm the next business day and my grandmother still hadn't received the order! My entire surprise birthday gift to my grandmother was RUINED by this unprofessional business. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I placed my order four days before Christmas Eve from this company. I thought I would give them a try because I was not too happy with the last two businesses I used. I never received a status update until the day before the scheduled delivery saying that it would not be delivered and the earliest it could be delivered was the day after Christmas. They could have sent them the following day, Christmas Eve but instead they told me it would be on the 26th. They do not have a user friendly website and it showed that my order could not be found. I received an email on the 26th saying that my flowers will not be delivered on this date but would be on the 27th. I called them and was placed on a lengthy hold. After a long hold the rep came back and told me that my flowers will be delivered tomorrow. I asked if she had a tracking number I could have and she asked me what that was! After I explained she said that they do not use that. She told me I would get an email after the flowers are delivered. I asked if the flowers have already shipped and she said that they were having a problem finding a local florist to complete the order. I asked if they could guarantee the flowers will be delivered the next day and she said if they are not I could call back and she was sure they could do something for me. I hung up and called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I then ordered flowers from another company that gave me and order number and a status. I called SendFlowers.com to cancel my order and was asked why. I calmly told them and after another long hold the rep came back, told me it had been cancelled and apologized. He explained that they had a large volume of orders and they were having a difficult time delivering them. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Shame on me I guess.
3 times they did not deliver a funeral plant, which made our company look very bad. They are awful!
Found the website offering same day delivery... BAMB just what I needed. Placed the order around 10:45ish and at 4pm still had not heard from my sister. So I called the 1-800 number and got with a customer service rep. Placed on hold for approx. 3 mins came back said that she was attempting to get with the florist it would be a few more mins could I please wait. Sure I said... 37 mins later she still had not returned to the line... fuming by now got on the live chat and attempted to get an answer. This person was just as non cholent about my issue as the one that left me on hold. Asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep offered me an email $15.00 certificate for future purchase No thanks just want to speak to a manager, finally got that through to them. Was to get an immediate return call---35ish mins later a supervisor calls me back and my arrangement was still not delivered. Offered a 20% discount and the $15.00 certificate again. DO you really think I would utilize your service again? Told the supervisor I would give till noon today for the arrangement to be delivered and if not I would be contacting them back for a full refund. Mentioned the issues and stated that as a provider of a service to the consumers that they should be concerned with negative review/comments and that their CSR team needed serious training. Sad that a service is provided and the consumer is treated like they are of no value. Their staff needs serious training in... manners, respect, time management and most of all customer satisfaction. If not then they are surely going to head into bankruptcy... DON"T use this company unless you just have no other option.
Sendflowers.com is such a Ripoff. Couldn't be more disappointed. -5 stars? Amz would have done better for $30 + same-day!
Ordered flowers 5/11/17 for delivery on 5/12/17
5/12/17 called sendflowers to see why the flowers were not delivered. They indicated that the scheduled delivery date was May 16. I indicated that I have an email confirmation of 5/12/17. Sendflowers said this was unfortunate but there was nothing that could be done and I would have to settle for this date and they would credit me back 7% of my original order.
5/16/17 called sendflowers to see why the flowers were not delivered. Customer service indicated that there was a mix up with the florist. I asked to speak to a supervisor (Jamin). Jamin relayed his apologies and said he would personally contact the florist WED AM and that we could rest assure flowers would be delivered and he would personally contact us, which he never did. He offered to credit me back 50% of my original order and upgrade the flowers.
5/17/17 call sendflowers to see why the flowers were not delivered as promised. Spoke to Jamin directly and he had no answer. He offered to credit me back all of the payment and said we would have flowers delivered 5/18. I also received an email (5/17) after speaking with Jamin which said that they were unable to compete delivery on 5/12 and delivery for 5/18 was scheduled
5/18/17 didnt waste my time to call but did received an email (5/18) indicating that flowers would now be delivered 5/23
5/19/17 called sendflowers asking why no flowers were delivered 5/18 and customer service indicated on 5/17 the arrangement was canceled (which we did not cancel). I said then why did I received and email on 5/18 indicating delivery on 5/23.
Customer service is now indicated that they will have the flowers delivered 5/20.
Sendflowers.com whowed up in my browser with great prices and hat looks to be quality merchanise. I picked an item, entered the zip code for delivery and then looked for the actual DELIVERY and misc fees so I would know the entire out the door cost for the product. As we all know these fees can make a "good" price and truly horrendous price. I could not get the cost. I called the 800 number and was told by the rep the only way I could get this was to put in all my details including payment and THEN I could know the totaal cost... and that I would get the chance to cancel after that. I don't think so. She said it will not take that much time tfill in the info. I explained it will as I have severe vision challenges. She said there are no exceptions and apparently no accomodations for those with disabilities. She was in Manila or somewhere nearby and may not know US law, but perhaps someone from SENDFLOWER should tell staff that there are exceptions to a really stupid policy... No oreders from me, EVER!
