Christmas Joy Bouquet - what we got and what we ordered - completely different! Order somewhere else!
I ordered a nice looking fruit basket on their site but what was was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered.
OMG, I GOT THE WORST SERVICE EVER I PAID $50 flowers and I NEVER GOT THEM THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL INVESTIGATE BUT THEY IGNORED ME FOR 20 days THEN THEY TOLD WE DELIVERED THEM
I bought the premium flowers and bought the large bear with the large box of chocolates and everything was small. And then came up to almost $200.
Ordered two bouquets for my mother and mother in law and both orders arrived two days late and dead.

Quickly offered 30% back for 12.00 refund. This is supposed to be the premium flower arrangement. Don't waste your money!
Delivery never happened for 2 days. Called twice and chat texted once but they kept saying the order was on its way. I forgot to check reviews first!
I wanted a nice, bright flower arrangement for my brother in law's mother's funeral. I looked at all the pictures and pricing. The one I ordered was called the Enchanted Garden Flower Bouquet. It had a lot of beautiful multi-colored flowers in a glass vase. It appeared to be quite large and full of flowers. What arrived at the funeral home was so small I could barely find it. And it had two colors: pink and pink. It was about 1/4th the size of what I paid $50 for. I was totally embarrassed with what they sent. I could have bought twice as many flowers at Costco for half the price. When I called she said their disclaimer states that substitutions might have to be made. I read the disclaimer. I told her I would have been fine with substitutions if they were at least more than one color and were the same amount of flowers as what was pictured. First she offered to send more flowers but I told her the funeral was the day before where many people came to pay their respects. Then she offered me a 20% refund and a $10 gift certificate. I told her no I don't want a gift certificate. Then she offered a 30% refund and a $15 gift certificate. Like I want to order from them again! I told her I wanted a 75% refund since I had to pay a $15 delivery fee. She said the best she could do was a 50% refund and the $15 gift certificate, and I could do whatever I wanted with the gift certificate. So I took it. I am going to add pictures so you can see how awful these flowers were. And they say online 100% satisfaction guaranteed but beware. You won't get your money back no matter how awful they are. So never order from these people if you are smart! The brightly colored flowers on the right are what I ordered. The flowers on the left are what I got. There were a total of 6 or 7 flowers in the vase. Same color. Nothing like what I paid for
I ordered what looked like a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wife's 50th birthday and tried "sendflowers.com" for this. It's the first and last time I will ever use them. Here's why...
The pictures online were nice, beautiful little romantic bouquet, red vase, mix of red and white roses and red and white carnations, some pine and holly, with a ribbon. Seems pretty simple to get at least close to recreating this at the contract flower place they use, right? I guess not.
I had also upgraded the order to the "premium" option which is supposed to have more flowers and be a little bigger, etc.
What I received was a SMALL bouquet of all WHITE roses, with a few red carnations, some baby's breath, and some greenery (plant leaves). Red vase and bow were about the only similarity to their pictures online. I'll likely go out and hand pick some flowers for my wife and make sure it's done right. I understand that sometimes florists have to substitute a bit to make things work, but seriously? There were no red roses, no pine, no holly, no white carnations and the quantity of flowers looked more like I bought the "budget" bouquet.
I contacted customer service using their automated email that is sent after the order to let them know what happened. The only good thing about the experience is that I did get a quick reply. However, it wasn't the response I wanted. I basically got a 30% discount on the order and an apology. No offer to make it right, just a $17 refund to my card. I don't typically leave negative reviews and it's costing me much more to take the time to do this that these flowers, but honestly, I am pretty pissed off so took the time to do this. I won't EVER buy flowers at this run-of-the-mill dollar-burger-grade flower shop. If you are looking for something a 3rd grader can put together, then go for it. However, if you need something special, I'd keep looking.
I wish I had read the reviews for this company. I used them because my husband has used them to get me flowers in the past. I ordered flowers for my best friends birthday which was may 18th. I received an email on the 12th of may saying they had been delivered, I didnt see that email till later. On the 18th they never got delivered. So I called a couple days later and they apologized and said they would call the florist the next day to see what happened since in their system it said they got delivered. Long story short. They "delivered" them 2 times and they never got delivered. They said they would change florist and upgrade the flowers. So now 6 days late, they finally got delivered and I bought a bouquet with sunflowers because they are her favorite and they bouquet they delivered didnt have sunflowers! I was so mad. I had her send me pictures and I wrote and email and sent pictures of the bouquet. They apologized and said they would give me 30 percent back. So I paid $35 for flowers delivered 6 days late and no sunflowers. So I called and talked to someone and they said the florist said it did have sunflowers. I sent them pictures as proof. So this company is sooo sketchy! And she apologized and said they would give an extra 20 percent so I paid $25 for all this trouble. NEVER USE THEM! Even if your order isnt messed up they dont deserve your service because they have treated so many other people poorly. There are other companies, even going straight to the florist themselves, who treat their companies seriously.
I ordered a Yellow Lilly Plant but not even one Yellow Lilly was received. Flowers show signs of decay before the day ended.
I wanted to send my friend (an author) a sophisticated bouquet with the same colors as her book cover (blues and oranges) to celebrate her newest release. She lives in CA and I live in TX, so the only way we can give flowers to one another is with the help of online websites.
I was so excited to find what I thought was the perfect arrangement with orange flowers and an orange glass vase (it was literally named: Sunrise Sunset Orange Flower Bouquet). I ordered the blue latex balloons option, carefully avoiding the Mylar with the intent to keep it classy and stay in the color theme.
I waited all day for her to receive it and it arrived over an hour past the cited delivery times after I had tried to call SendFlowers (getting only an automated response) and sending an email to customer service with no answer.
As demonstrated by the images below (the one I ordered on the left, and the one that arrived on the right), the arrangement was not at all what I expected. I understand if the flowers are slightly different due to availability, but I paid for a beautiful orange tinted glass vase and simple blue latex balloons. Instead, they sent a cheap brown box with corny Mylar emoji balloons instead.
It was a very special day for my friend and she didn't even get to enjoy her gift until the day was almost over, and even then it wasn't anything close to the bouquet I'd customized for her. I'll never use this site again, and will discourage anyone I know from using it also. Instead, I'll suggest they use Bloomnation.com. They've never let me down, and always come through with beautiful arrangements exactly as pictured.

I don't email complaints unless they are deserved. I give a lot of grace. I ordered for my 79-year-old mother who is alone and doesn't have much to look forward to. So, ordered flowers and chocolate for Valentine's Day. She told me when she opened the door her flowers were upright (not tipped over) on her porch. She picked it up and the water from the flowers was down in the plastic and the flowers were damaged. I asked her if the candy was damaged too, and she said there was no candy. Obviously, the delivery driver knew they were damaged in the truck but delivered them that way any way. (Who knows where the chocolate is).
Customer service call day 1 - after 45 minutes between waiting for someone to answer and having to ask for a supervisor (What a joke that was). I was told by the supposed supervisor that she would refund my order and send another complimentary arrangement to my mother on the 15th. No chocolate, which I agreed to. I will order her candy from somewhere else and thought with the new arrangement that would be perfect.
February 15th - Mother waited all day and was excited for the flowers. They never arrived.
Customer service call day 2 - Ask for another supervisor. She says no record of 2nd arrangement. I told her the first supervisor even put me on hold to arrange delivery for the arrangement and told me it would arrive on the 15th. Unbelievable! This supervisor tells me to call back in the morning (16th) to see if the florist accepted the delivery. This is the worst time I have ever had trying to bring a smile to my mother's face. She still has no flowers. (The damaged ones are in the trash) I do not have time to make another phone call to see if maybe they will do what they promised.
I will never use your company again. I get things happen I deal with customers all the time. The difference is we make it right. I will also be putting all these events in a review (which I put a lot of thought as I don't do often) as other people should not have loved ones let down by your company.
They're terrible they say same day delivery and order never proceed. I made a mistake to make a order from this web site. Never again
I ordered flowers on March 15,2019 to be delivered to a friend on March 18,2019.
Later in the evening of March 15 I received an email from Send Flowers stating that my order had been delivered. I emailed customer service asking for clarification and to confirm whether the order had been delivered or was still on track to be delivered Monday, March 18. I received a reply addressed to the recipient not me stating they were sorry I was disappointed with my order and that they had contacted the florist of the issue and they (florist) have extended their apologies. They went on to state that the florist would like permission to redeliver the item ordered to replace the one that was received. I immediately called Send Flowers and the customer service rep I spoke to said the flowers had not been delivered and that he could not contact the florist because they were closed for the day but assured me I would receive a follow up email and phone call Saturday, March 16. As of Tuesday, March 19 I did not receive a follow up to that phone conversation. I did; however, receive an email during the evening of March 18 stating that my order was not able to be delivered on the specified day (March 18) but that they would reschedule it as soon as possible and in the mean time would reimburse me my same day fee to make up for the error. I did not request same day delivery so there was no fee. I called Send Flowers today, March 19 and was told the order would be delivered today. I asked for the name of the local florist so I could verify the delivery myself, in light of all the incorrect emails I have received, and was told they would not give out that information. It remains to be seen if the order will actually be delivered today. I would NOT recommend this business!
My flowers was late they never showed up still waiting for updates… driver text me he was outside when I did he wasn't there or the flowers…
I wish I could give this business ZERO stars. This has been, by far, the most disappointing experience with SendFlowers in all the time that I've used them. For Mother's Day we ordered flowers and a gift basket for two sets of moms. The following day, I was informed that one of the flowers and all gift baskets will not arrive in time for Mother's Day. They informed me I would be refunded the same day delivery fee if applicable... yet doesn't state to refund the ADDITIONAL amount I paid to get it sent on Mother's Day. The day after Mother's Day, I received notification that all flowers were delivered, however, gift baskets will be delayed and will be delivered Monday 5/13 with a backup date of Tuesday 5/14. Odd, it was already Monday. The next day I received an email from SendFlowers stating that the vendor did not have the gift basket we requested and that they will accommodate with "beautiful" something... beautiful what? Why did they wait to let me know that their vendor didn't have GIFT BASKETS in stock? How do you not already know you didn't have something in stock and wait 3 days after it was already due for delivery to inform the buyer? When I told them that they do not live up to their Satisfaction Guarantee, they offered a $10 gift certificate... that is such a waste of time. It took fighting with them for them to issue a full refund for the flowers that they delivered late, and to cancel and refund the gift baskets... and because of them, I have to scarmble to find something else for our moms. Amazon it is! I'm waiting to see if the refunds are correctly issued in full. They told me to "contact my bank" if I don't see the refund... like the bank is responsible for your refunds?! Forget SendFlowers, take your business elsewhere. Awful. I will not be returning.
I decided to surprise my mom for her birthday and order some flowers to be delivered to her job. I chose this really pretty bouquet that included a bunch of orange roses with other pink flowers. I decided to add a happy birthday balloon and a personalized card. I called my mom after I got the confi that the order was delivered and from the start I was disappointed. First, the delivery was careless to a whole new level. The person who deliver the flowers just left them outside and did not bother to knock or ring the bell. I work in healthcare and understand the new restrictions due to covid- 19, but knocking on the door or ringing the bell will not get you sick plus is common courtesy. When I look at the book a my mom received I realize it did not look anything like the purchase I made. They added the balloon but the flowers did not look fresh and some of them had lost petals at the entrance. It literally look like they pick it up from some garden and put it in the base with lots of water. Not even flower food was added. To make my disappointment greater they didn't even bother to add the personalize card I had requested instead they put a handwritten note with my mom's name and the address it was delivered to. I will usually go and get the flowers myself however I wanted to surprise my mom at work and did not have the capability to leave work in the middle of my work day but this will be the 1st and last time I will ever order from this site. You're probably wondering if I called them and as for a refund. I did and to make things worst they only refined me $10 out of the $70 I pay because they only refine the price of the product not the add ons nor the delivery. I added some pictures so you can draw your own conclusions.
